10 Things to Know About 'All of Me'
10 Things to Know About All of Me 10 Carl Reiner Calls Out Critics for Praising Chemistry Critics, ourselves included, do love talking about chemistry when it comes to co-stars or even filmmakers and their favorite stars. And while I think we all agree that chemistry is a wonderfully intangible quality, Carl Reiner made a reasonably candid point when speaking about his supposed ‘chemistry’ with his regular collaborator Steve Martin:

Melodic Milestones - The Score
Film music! Fitting given that Cannes has past, Tribeca is not far off and I am in the mood for film score discussion. Project Hail Mary’s compositions by Daniel Pemberton were exceptional - my favorite this year so far. Of course we are only at the halfway point but composers are a key part of cinema, capturing a magic that even the weakest scripts can’t dent and create the one thing you can’t get out of a book. I have to stick to personalized playlists for that!

Underrated Action Movies Worth Seeing Again
Being raised on the action genre made me who I am today. I grew up hearing stories about John McLane and his catchphrase that I was never allowed to repeat. Hearing about the tales of John Rambo and his missions. But over the years of being a movie buff, I’ve found some interesting action gems that don’t get enough credit. These are not in a particular order but I’d like to think they are all number one in my action movie loving heart.

'The Mandalorian and Grogu': 4 Events That Are Important To The Wider 'Star Wars' Universe
WARNING! SPOILERS for The Mandalorian and Grogu. The Mandalorian and Grogu has so far proven relatively successful at the box office, already making back its modest (for a Star Wars film) budget. The film's reviews, however, have been more mixed. One common criticism is that the film doesn't add anything new, or move forward the ongoing 'Mando-verse' narrative. However, this take is not entirely fair, or correct.

If Time Stopped
Introduction This is inspired by the current situation with Vocal Statistics on May 4th 2024. As I have used many songs about time for my stories I have decided to use AI to create a piece for this. It is a bit more upbeat than I expected but it is ok.
