Titan A.E.: A Review
This is a film that I did not watch until the age of 22. I did not get to experience this movie due to it being released a year after my birth, and the fact that it flopped probably obscured it from my parents when I was old enough to start watching films. However, I think that this is one of those films that is perhaps loved due to the nostalgia the film holds, many of my childhood films are viewed the same way for me.

The X-Men Are Rocking New Hellfire Gala Looks
With the (hopeful) conclusion of Marvel's Sins of Sinister, comic book fans can look forward to this year's Hellfire Gala. Much like real-world events like the Oscars or the Met Gala, the Hellfire Gala is a large ballroom gathering hosted by the X-Men. Mutants and heroes alike are invited to Krakoa for one night of drinks, dancing, and other things.

Renfield’ review: Nicolas Cage vamps it up as delightfully daft Dracula
If you haven’t heard of Renfield, you’ll definitely know his master: Count Dracula, pop culture’s pre-eminent vampire since Bram Stoker invented him over 125 years ago. This wickedly clever film based on an idea by The Walking Dead co-creator Robert Kirkman flips the myth on its head and relocates the action to present-day New Orleans. Nicolas Cage camps it up fabulously as the fanged antagonist: whenever he’s on screen, the scenery is as likely to be chewed as human flesh. But as its title suggests, this gloriously gory romp is told from the perspective of Drac’s long-suffering flunkey, R. M. Renfield (Nicholas Hoult). After decades of bringing the vamp victims to suck the blood from, in exchange for a small portion of Dracula’s power being transferred to him, Hoult’s lackey is about ready to snap.

White Noise: A Review.
I want to preface this review by saying that I have not read the novel that this film is adapted from. So, this is a review of the film with zero understanding and relation to the Don Delillo novel. Personally, I believe that I would have liked it more if I had prior read the novel. There is a lot to unpack in this film, and Baumbach takes a massive swing with the themes and style found within this film. Some are home runs, others are strikeouts. Here is my review of Noah Baumbach's White Noise.

Harry Potter
So by now everyone has heard that HBO is remaking Harry Potter into a show…and as you can imagine I have many many thoughts on the subject. But the general internet opinion is that this is a terrible idea that no one wants. Now the reality is that there are a few straw book fans who think they want this show, now I say they think they want it because if they thought about it with any amount of common sense they would realize that it is in fact a horrendous idea. So here we go: all the reasons why a Harry Potter TV show is the stupidest idea in industry history.
