Revelations cause drama on 'The Bold and the Beautiful'

When Eric Forrester first began rejecting Quinn some viewers suspected he might be dealing with erectile dysfunction. Now months later he admitted to his wife that it is true. One of the reasons Quinn turned to Carter was because her husband spurned her advances. Eric wants his wife back but at his age romance might not be as simple as popping a blue pill. If the writers address this story realistically then Quinn and Eric quite possibly may never engage in sex again.

Is Mrs. Forrester going to be able to stand by her man or will she turn to Carter once more? Mr. Walton admitted that he was in love with Quinn but resected her decision to save her marriage. Could THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL even go in a direction where Eric looks the other way while his COO fulfills his wife's needs? Quinn has admitted that she needs to be loved so she will have to deal with this situation carefully. This is a delicate and embarassing situation, Eric no doubt will not want anyone else to know but Quinn may feel she must tell her lover.

Perhaps this is why Eric took her back and forgave her indiscretion. How will he really feel if he finds out that the affair continued after he forbade the couple from seeing each other again? Eric is not going to want his family in his personal business but his son and daughter in law are going to insinuate themselves into his marriage yet again anyway. While Quinn is getting over the shock that her husband cannot make love to her Ridge and Brooke will be stunned by what they find when they show up at the Forrester mansion.

Bridge will be horrified to find that Quinn's portrait is back over the mantle in Eric's living room. Those who watch THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL have been saying for some time that they are tired of Brooke trying to control her father in law. She has made no secret that she wants Quinn completely out of their lives. Fans say it's not Brooke's call and that she should stay out of Quinn's marriage but seeing the portrait will set her off again and this time Ridge will join her.

Most times when Brooke is raging about her husband's stepmother Ridge just stands by and allows her to speak her mind. Eric usually does the same and tries to be understanding. Quinn even told her spouse that he always takes Brooke's side and Eric cannot deny this is true. Once Bridge sees the portrait and processes what it means they both will go off on Eric and tell him he is wrong. They have no idea of the dynamic between Quinn and her husband and the issue they are dealing with. Still, Ridge and Brooke have no right to order Eric around and attempt to micromanage his love life.

This is a sensitive time for Eric and a confusing one for Quinn. They don't need Brooke, Ridge, and others in their personal business. In time, however, both Mr. and Mrs. Forrester may find themselves confiding in others. Quinn might share with Shauna and or Carter and Brooke might wear down Eric and find out the secret. This could lead to another showdown between Brooke and Quinn because Ridge's wife cannot stop herself.
