Katie should be by Bill’s side on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL is the only soap where numerous characters disappear without explanation for long periods of time. Right now viewers are wondering where Heather Tom who portrays Katie Logan Spencer has been. In addition, there are other B&B cast members that fans are concerned about. Alley Mills who plays Pam Douglas was taken off contract in 2019 and has not been seen since shortly before her husband Orson Bean died in February 2020. Nothing is ever mentioned about this fan favorite anymore.

Donna Logan(Jennifer Gareis) drifts in and out, hanging around the Forrester building for a while then poof she is gone. Aaron D Spears (Justin Barber) has gone on and off-contract at least 3 times in recent years and has long stretches where he is not on the show. Each time news reports indicate that he is back it never lasts. Dick Christy who plays Charlie Webber has only been seen once or twice during the past year and but Eric Forrester (John McCook) did say something about him last week. Regarding Heather Tom, fans of THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL think it's odd that she has not been seen since Bill and Liam were arrested.

Tom has often disappeared and reappeared on THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL with little fanfare. The last time she was on screen her skin was glowing and looking very youthful, leading to speculation from some viewers that the actress had cosmetic surgery. Whether she did or did not is her own personal business but soap fans pay attention to every little detail. Viewers of the 4 remaining soaps have noted that female characters who go MIA often return with noticeable changes to their appearance.

Katie and Bill are separated but Brooke and Donna had been trying to help them reunite. The Logan sisters were helping Bill to wine and dine his estranged wife and they were giving their sibling all the reasons why she should get back together with her husband. It's clear that Katie loves Bill so her absence is very troubling to fans. Hope has been standing by Liam's side and even Steffy as visited him while he has been locked up. Only Wyatt and Justin have been to see Dollar Bill and it's just been revealed by spoilers that Mr, Barber is secretely plotting against his associate.

Spoilers for THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL recently revealed that Justin is not going to save the day as was earlier reported. Instead, he is going to plot to keep Bill and Liam in jail and take over Spencer Publications. When Thomas finds evidence that Dollar Bill and Liam are not responsible for Vinny's death, Justin is going to knock him out and keep him hidden. One spoiler teased that Thomas might even be locked in a cage.

Katie's husband goes back and forth between her and her sister Brooke and fans of THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL are tired of it. Brooke has been on hand to express her opinion about Liam and Dollar Bill being incarcerated but Katie is his wife and should be supportive. Her spouse and stepson are in jail and Bill's right hand man Justin is attempting to take over his empire. You would think Katie would be somewhere in the picture at such an important time.

Katie has only been mentioned in the context of Bill making sure someone told her what happened to him and Liam but she has not been seen. Obviously, Heather Tom is no longer on contract and shows up on an as-needed basis, and now is the time that her character is definitely needed on-screen on THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL. At this point there is no news from spoilers or soap opera rumors about Tom so stay tuned.
