The handwriting seems to be on the wall for actress Emme Rylan where General Hospital is concerned. Daily Soap Dish, Celeb Dirty Laundry, Soap Dirt and Soaps.com have all reported that Rylan and William deVry, (Julian Jerome) have been fired. Neither actor has said anything to definitely confirm this, but both have said enough to imply that it is true. Viewers are angry and do not want to see either of these great actors leave. Fans knew there might be budget cuts post COVID but did not expect these two cast members to be fired. If the rumor mill is correct, then more heads are going to role.

Regarding Emme Rylan, her fans now believe that her character Lulu is going to die. During the past week, Dante, Peter, and Cyrus Renault have all warned the reporter about going too far with her investigation. She has been advised to back off of trying to get dirt on Renault, but probably will not heed the warnings. Soap Dirt reported a few weeks back that the Floating Rib would burn down and even showed a photo of what was alleged to be the gutted establishment. This caused some who watch General Hospital to believe that Julian and or Lulu will perish in the fire.

Lante fans are hoping against hope that perhaps Dante and his former wife will reunite and leave Port Charles together. Some General Hospital viewers are considering that there will not be a fire so soon after the explosion Alex set off in an attempt to kill Anna and Valentin. It has even been suggested that the photo of the burned out building is the warehouse and not The Floating Rib. Although it is highly unlikely, General Hospital could indeed have two fires within weeks of each other.

Everyone knows that Cyrus takes no prisoners and would think nothing of resorting to murder in order to have things go his way. It would be just like him to arrange an accident to deal with the reporter who just will not go away. Viewers are also awaiting the return of Genie Francis who is now on a recurring basis. Cyrus has been obsessed with her and everyone desires to know why. It was announced a few days ago that Francis had delayed her return to the ABC daytime drama because of COVID and desired to make sure it was safe for her to return to her role as Laura.

It would be just like Cyrus to have Lulu murdered and then try to comfort her grieving mother. Spoilers have not revealed any details so viewers are waiting to get an idea of which way this storyline is headed. Since Cyrus is the bad guy he will probably eventually be sent to jail or die. It's not clear whether Dominik Zampragna is long term or short term now that he is back in Port Charles. Genie Francis will be on a recurring basis and this may factor into what happens next. Spoiler alerts keep teasing that there is a reason Cyrus is so focused on the mayor. He is new to Port Charles but perhaps he had dealings with Luke Spencer or Helena Cassadine decades ago.

Perhaps the drug dealer has some type of vendetta against Laura or he could simply be infatuated with her. If his intentions are romantic this would put Kevin in danger as well. Whatever the connection is, viewers fear that Lulu will get caught in the crossfire. It's not a coincidence that everyone is warning the mayor's daughter to be careful and she is not listening. Be on the lookout for updates related to Emme Ryan and her possible last days in Port Charles, as well a date of the return for Genie Francis. Charlotte and Rocko will be devastated if their mom dies. Leslie Lu Spencer grew up on General Hospital and fans will hate to see her go.
