Cyrus threatens Portia and Trina on ‘General Hospital’

Spoiler alerts indicate that some exciting episodes are coming up soon on General Hospital, Thus far the ABC daytime drama is continuing to air new episodes although no one knows for how long. According to Soaps She Knows, Jordan Ashford and her husband Curtis will be in the spotlight in Port Charles during the coming episodes. On Friday May 1st the flashback episode will be Curtis and Jordan’s honeymoon escapades. Viewers may recall that the couple had to put things on hold after finding the dead body of Kiki Jerome in their hotel suite. That episode was not too long ago and is not a decades old classic, but it is one worth watching.

The Ashford family will also be front and center after Cyrus makes a veiled threat against Trina and Portia. Spoilers say Curtis will feel the need to protect them and this will open the door for all kinds of trouble. Jordan is walking on eggshells shells because she is jeopardizing her job to protect her son. The police commissioner had her officers looking in other directions while Cyrus flooded Port Charles with illegal drugs. She threw Marcus Taggert and her other two comrades under the bus to save her son and her own skin. Non one but Cyrus and Curtis know that she was working for Cyrus Renault and helped manufacture the evidence that put him in jail. There is also the issue that Molly slept with Brando and that will definately hurt TJ when he finds out.

Jordan is concerned the drug might attack TJ again but spoilers indicate he has set his sights on the Robinsons. It’s not yet clear how the threat will be issued. Cyrus could say something to Jordan, or relay the message through harmony. It’s also possible that he and Curts could talk directly. However this goes down, Trina will be targeted because she is the daughter of Marcus Taggert and her mother is his ex wife. It’s also plausible that Cyrus does his homework and realizes Curtis and Portia has an affair. He might put two and two together, secure DNA and prove that Curtis is Trina’s biological dad.

At some point Jason will probably be the one to take Cyrus out but it could always be someone else. In the meantime Mr. Renault will continue his reign of terror over Port Charles and bringing in dangerous drugs. The fact hat Trina hates Cutirs and blames him for her father’s death will add to the tension if he does turn out to be her dad. This will cause problems for Portia and her daughter and Dr. Robinson might turn to Curtis for moral support. In the meantime Trina, who is headstrong is going to be all over the place. Spoilers say that she and Cameron will be exploring their situation and that Joss will be left out. It seems that by the time Joss devided she does care for Cam it will be too late because he now cares for Trina.

In the midst of it all will be Jordan dealing with varying feelings towards Portia and Trina. At some point Curtis and Ms. Robinson will grow closer even if they don’t reconnect. There is bound to be tension between the current wife and ex lover of Curtis Ashford, especially if Trina ends up as the love child of the detective. Trina wants nothing to do with Curtis and hates that he and her mother are friends. Once she finds out they are lovers she will hit the roof. If it turns out Curtis is her daddy she will no doubt reject him so there will be plenty of drama in this situaiton. Meanwhile Cyrus will milk every detail of all that he finds out for all it is worth before he is stopped permanently. Jordan is risking her job as police commissioner by lying about what happened and he can always turn her in.

Jordan got Cyrus out of jail as he asked and he had his men return TJ, so it's not clear why he wants to to use Portia and Trina as bait. There may be more that he expects from Jordan or he may find out Curtis is investigating him. Sonny and Jason are working on a plan and because Cyrus is a bad guy and not connected with anyone in Port Charles he will probably die. It could even be that Jordan is fed up and kills Mr. Renault herself. Be sure to keep up with updates and spoilers related to General Hospital's upcoming schedule.
