Top Nintendo 3DS Games for Kids
If we are honest with ourselves, kids are the primary market in the gaming world. They are the ones who make sure Mario and other major characters stay popular, and there are tons of game groups that work to keep games kid-friendly because of the fact that they know parents will be more likely to buy games if they're clean.
Cato ConroyPublished 7 years ago in Gamers5 Reasons Why 'PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds' Is So Popular
PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds or "Pubg", as it is so commonly referred to by its millions of players, has recently been the talk of the town amongst the gaming world. Reaching an incredible player count of over 1.3 million at one time, this unfinished game has so many people vying for that chicken dinner end screen and many more looking on in anticipation.
Richard SkeemPublished 7 years ago in GamersBest Nintendo 3DS Games for Gamers
Gaming seems to have two schools of thought. Some people see it as a good way to pass the time, and others basically see it as a gaming lifestyle that requires the most elite skill and gaming accessories possible. If you're in the latter school of thought, then you probably don't have a very high opinion of the Nintendo 3DS.

Robert CainPublished 7 years ago in Gamers'Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories' Review
Continuing off from the last review that I did with Kingdom Hearts I we move onto the next in the timeline for the series, Chain of Memories. Originally this was a GBA game released in 2004 which was 2D but I never experienced it on this format. Later it was redone and made into a 3D adventure RPG game, similar to how the first game looked with its graphics. The first remake was made in 2007 as a second disc for Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix+ in Japan and making its way to North America in 2008 as a standalone title. Australia and Europe weren't lucky enough to play Chain of Memories until the 1.5 + 2.5 ReMix came out.
Matt BreslinPublished 7 years ago in GamersKingdom Hearts 1.5 ReMix Review
This is a clash of Disney, Final Fantasy, and RPG all rolled up into one nice little package. If any one of those raises an eyebrow, then this may very well be a game for you. I'm a little late on doing a review for this due to the game being released originally back in 2002, but it has been what my world has revolved around lately and it has been my main focus to platinum all of the Kingdom Hearts games on my PS4, in preparation for the (eventual) release of Kingdom Hearts 3.
Matt BreslinPublished 7 years ago in GamersThe History of Video Games #4: The Sinclair ZX Spectrum - Part Two
Last week we saw the rise of the ZX Spectrum, which coincided with the demise of the Atari 2600. We looked at the perils of cassette-based physical media, and how the speccy’s ‘open’ system allowed for the first modding scene, and the beginning of indie gaming.
Iain BakerPublished 7 years ago in GamersMass Defective or Not? In Defense of Mass Effect: Andromeda
Mass Effect: Andromeda. So many Youtube videos I've watched and posts I've read online have gone to town on the game, most of the criticism being aimed at wonky character models and animations, while some have also been critical of the story and the characters not being as good as the characters from the previous trilogy. And while I can't say that some of their points aren't valid, I do feel that some of the players were a bit harder on the game than it needed to be, and in fact, I feel like their overabundance of criticism and the response that Bioware had—to put the game on the shelf rather than doing anything else—was the wrong reaction. It wasn't wrong that they disliked the game, no—they have every right to. But, I feel that maybe their expectations were a bit too high going into it, and that these high expectations led to the game falling apart.
D.A. BaldwinPublished 7 years ago in GamersImpressions of Day Z
The zombie genre was originally conceived as a vehicle for the exploration of human nature. We are meant to ask ourselves, against the backdrop of hordes of the living dead, who are the real monsters? Is it the humans? Is it the zombies? Well as it turns out, at least in the case of Day Z, it's sheer damn boredom. More deadly than any glitchy zombie I came across were the long series of empty houses, the hours of playing on a full server without seeing a single human being, and more painted on doors than you can shake your uselessly ineffective baseball bat at.
David SullivanPublished 7 years ago in GamersWhy Is Sonic Mania So Good?
So, now that everyone's had enough time to experiment and play around with Sonic Mania (sorry to those who had to wait for the Steam release), I think it's a good idea to analyze just why the game is as good as it is.
