Nintendo Nerds
Nintendo is what Genesis isn't. Kirby, Mario, Pikachu, and beyond; all about the creators of our favorite games.
'Ocarina of Time’s' Link Deserves Another Adventure
Like most people who owned an N64, I spent dozens of hours exploring Hyrule in the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Despite the fact that I was constantly flipping through a walk-through to complete it, this game is one of my favourites to this day. I don’t look back as fondly on its sequel Majora’s Mask. I find the three day timer mechanic to be stressful and overbearing. Despite this, I played Majora’s Mask mainly to continue Link's, from Ocarina of Time, story. I enjoyed Twilight Princess much more and I thought it was a good way to round out my favourite Link’s journey. I was under the impression that the similar art style between the three games mentioned earlier and the cell shaded style of The Wind Waker meant that there was a link for each art style. I was wrong. Even though I think the official timeline for Zelda was created to make fans feel better rather than being something planned from the start, I still like to follow it. According to this timeline, the Link from the N64 games is not the same as the Link from Twilight Princess. In fact, the Link from those games is actually the Hero’s Shade that teaches sword techniques to the new Link throughout Twilight Princess. If you choose to learn all the hidden skills you will also learn that in his life, he regretted not passing on his knowledge to an apprentice until then.

10 Worst Switch Games So Far
If you know me, you know how obsessed I am with my Nintendo Switch. I love the little system; getting to play current gen games on both the big screen and in my hands is an awesome feature. The Switch has a library of some amazing games, too, like Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey. Both of those were two of the best Switch games of 2017. But with the good must come the bad.

'Super Smash Bros. Ultimate' - The Likely (and Unlikely) Newcomers
One of the best things Super Smash Bros. brings is pre-release speculation and that's what this is. This isn't a dream list of who I want or don't want, but several different lists compiled to fulfill four specific categories: Who has a good chance, who DOESN'T have a good chance, potential third party characters, and stretch characters for that big Sakurai surprise. Each category has five entries and those entries are in no particular order.
Suspicious CookPublished 6 years ago in Gamers Tricks for EV Training Your Pokémon
I have been playing Pokémon since about gen 3, but that was only because my older brother had Sapphire. Since then I have loved playing the games, watching the film, and the anime. I am by no means the most dedicated Pokémon player but I do enjoy it. Even though I have been playing since I was probably about 6 or 7, I didn't know what EV training was until a few days ago. I asked my boyfriend if I could play his Pokémon Sun game in preparation for my Moon version arriving and he agreed. He asked if I could breed and train some Pokémon for him. When he said train, I thought he just meant leveling it up. I was very wrong. He told me which Pokémon to battle to train it and to have special items. What he didn't tell me was any real specific tricks to help me do this fast so, here are a few tricks I learned to help EV train faster.

Mark Wesley PritchardPublished 6 years ago in Gamers'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'
The Ninja Turtles were an international phenomenon, originally a comic book released by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. The product went on to have major success as a cartoon, motion picture, and eventually, in 1989, a video game. This was released for the Nintendo Entertainment System and seems to have been cleverly marketed. If we look on the front cover, the four brothers are sporting the red bandanas as they did in the original comics. The comics were aimed at an adult audience, so this grabs the attention of those same people. Yet in the game itself, the characters reside to their unique colour bandanas from the cartoon, which is there to please the children audience. Clever touches like that can guarantee a product is profitable and this game spawned numerous sequels.
I Will Ruin Your Childhood
Pokémon has been an innocent and beloved franchise for the last two decades, but that doesn’t mean that it hasn’t gone by without a bit of controversy sprinkled on top.
Valerie HoltPublished 6 years ago in GamersThe Pokémon Multiverse Will Blow Your Mind
Over time, the Pokémon games, anime, and manga have given fans bits of lore about the world of Pokémon. With that, fans quickly stitched together theories about how everything connects. These theories range from who Red’s father is, to illustrations of natural selection, to humans secretly being another type of Pokémon, but the theory that takes the cake is the multiverse theory.
