Why Does AI Want to Destroy Humanity?
Every time artificial intelligence takes another step forward, an old fear rises with it. People wonder what happens when a machine becomes capable of doing things that once depended entirely upon human judgment. That question has become harder to dismiss as artificial intelligence moves beyond simple programs and begins taking on increasingly complicated tasks.

Gambling used to have a fairly obvious image: casinos, betting shops, poker tables and lottery tickets. Today, it can look very different. A spin of a digital wheel, a mystery prize in a video game, a sports-betting promotion during a match, or an app notification promising a “boost” can all introduce gambling-like experiences without looking like traditional gambling.

THE NEW FACE OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING WEARS PROGRESSIVE CLOTHING
The misandry that dominates many online spaces has unintentionally created fertile ground for a new kind of predator. While scrolling through TikTok, I came across one of the countless influencers whose entire online identity revolves around hating men. You know the type: everything wrong with society is somehow men’s fault, endless lectures about a mythical feminist utopia, and a steady stream of outrage designed to keep followers angry and engaged. The Scammers Are Coming! The Scammers Are Coming!
The other morning, something happened on Medium that I never would have expected. A scammer lured me into their web. Big Brother is alive and well.

Along with opportunity came gambling halls, saloons, boarding houses, and places where loneliness could be forgotten for a few hours. During the early years of the twentieth century, Globe grew into one of the busiest mining towns in the Southwest, alive with the sound of ore wagons, blasting powder, and the voices of thousands searching for a better life.

Three Women Vanished Before Sunrise in Springfield, Missouri
Graduation day is supposed to mark the beginning of something new. Families gather for photographs, friends celebrate late into the evening, and teenagers talk about everything waiting beyond high school. On June 6, 1992, Springfield, Missouri, looked much like any other American city celebrating its graduating seniors. By the following morning, that sense of celebration had given way to one of the most puzzling missing persons cases in modern history.
