The Life Unknown
Christopher was beginning to grow tired of his daily routine, and of the way that his life had unfolded up to this point. “Wake up, work, eat, sleep, repeat,” he thought to himself, “that’s all I ever do.” What Christopher truly enjoyed were his strolls through town, where he walked at a leisurely pace in the present. This is what Christopher did best. He would breathe the fresh air, smile at the sunshine, smell the roses, petunias, and other flowers that he passed. He’d wave at the trees and imagine their branches were waving back to him. He saw upside-down worlds through the reflections of the canals which columned the town like the spaces between paragraphs.

“Just because you don’t believe in magic doesn’t mean magic doesn’t believe in you.” I stared in wonder at this statement written in a card I found in my mail box. The card also contained a blank check with my name on it so I knew it was meant for me but I had no clue from whom. The envelope had no return address either. I wasn’t even sure it had gone through the post. There was no stamp. I looked up from the card and looked to my left and right down my street but it was weirdly empty. I put the card back in its envelope and went back inside my home.

The sinking face of the house’s hollowed remains stared at me through its empty window frames, appearing resigned to its fate. Thick blankets of moss and foliage enveloped the structure as if the earth itself was slowly ingesting the old house’s skeleton. I doubt a single person has laid eyes on this place since its initial destruction… which was all the better for me.

The bright lights of the outside world woke Karen up. It had been a few weeks since she got out of her cage. The wolf had disappeared for now, but she knew how to take care of herself. She saw two soldiers and Zark walking towards her. This was her moment to be free. As the soldiers were about to open the cage two shots were heard. Karen was horrified as she watched the two soldiers bleed out in front of her.

Formal Write out below, Enjoy! :) THE LITTLE BOOK Once upon a time near the edge of the world, where the oceans fell to oblivion and the moon poured its milk onto the lilac void of eternity. A little black book lay upon an old wooden pedestal just beyond the edge of reality.

Born in December
I was born in December. Two weeks late. Originally due to be a Scorpio but fate had destined me for a Sagittarius. I come from a long line of Sagittarius. My Father and I share the same birthday of December 3rd, his father before him on December 2nd, and my Mother is December 13th. Not only is my mother a Sagittarius but her rising sign is also a Sagittarius. Turn up the heat! That’s a whole lotta fire signs in one house baby.

Upon the spiked outskirts, there is a crooked forest, too dry and barren is its Land; too much did they dig, and plough, and sink. They pound away at these spiked trees, these defiant angry pikes, to go against the protective armour of an Ivory Castle.
