Japan, which leads the world in robotics, wants to create robots that can take the place of people in order to support its aging workforce.

Asimo

Honda built Asimo, a robot that can move out of the way, bow wave, walk, run, leap frog, play football, collect drinks, serve refreshments, converse and play ten different instruments. By giving a speech, dressed as a robotic lady, and being granted honorary citizenship by Saudi Arabia, Hanson Robotics is making a good impression on people in the meanwhile.

It will surprise you to learn that Honda created these robots in the 1990s.

Machine Wife

A fully working wife robot has been made available in Japan. It's possible that the price, in this case $345k, will turn you away. What if AI surpasses human intelligence? Facebook instantly terminated the project after discovering that both AI participants in an experiment where they intended AI to connect with AI in a messenger started speaking in an odd language.

The first nation with that many robots will be Japan.

Japan Has the Capability to Hasten the Process

More than any other nation, Japan has the capacity to accelerate this process. Indeed, we are moving towards a future that resembles a robot science fiction film, one in which a sizable portion of our civilisation will be made up of robots. Remember the movie I, Robot? The movie describes the development of robots and their effects on our daily life. There is now one USSR robot for every five people on the earth due to the USSR robot's immense popularity.

Japan would be the first nation with that many robots if this were to happen. In 2003, they debuted the most lifelike robot in robotics history as the first nation in the world to introduce a humanoid robot.

Since then, the product has been available in a number of variations. Most of the time, the robot's appearance is based on a normal young Japanese woman.
