Riya awoke the next morning, went through her morning routine, and arrived at work at 8:55 a.m.

Riya was in the mood for revenge for Rachit's deeds from the day before. Riya's expression was filled with rage. Riya tried her hardest to keep her wrath under control, but she couldn't. Rachit had the guts to cause a misunderstanding in my relationship with Harsh. I'm going to tell him today that he's messing with the wrong person," Riya whispered to herself as she strolled around her cabin.

That's when there was a knock on the door, and Angad and Shweta entered the cabin.

"Good morning, ma'am," Shweta and Angad replied. "Hello, both of you at my office this morning? Is there something wrong? " Riya inquired, puzzled, as she looked at both of them. Angad's tongue quivered. I'm sorry, madam, but the one test report that was sent on Saturday...

"Tell me exactly what happened, Angad." Riya inquired, noticing the stress on Angad's face.

By mistake, Ma'am Shweta copied and pasted all the data from another product testing report and gave it to you; the name on the file was of the correct product, but the measurements and testing analysis were of another product, Angad said uneasily.

"What on earth are you doing, Angad?" Riya was perplexed as to how to handle this situation. Correct such a major blunder first, or punish her teammates for such gross negligence.

Shweta, I've been watching you since day one. "Your concentration is less on work and more on gossip," Riya stated fiercely, staring at Shweta. Sorry ma'am, I made a mistake. Please save me ma'am, "Shweta cried in front of Riya, her eyes welling up with tears. "Do hell with your apologies," Riya yelled.

"Send me the correct testing report right away, Angad," Riya demanded in a bossy tone, looking at Angad. "Mam, I have already mailed it to you," Angad remarked, referring to Riya's laptop. Riya instantly accessed the testing results on the laptop screen. "Are you sure, Angad, that this testing report is correct?" Riya inquired, her eyebrows raised. "Yes, ma'am, I prepared this report myself," Angad told her. Shweta was still sobbing in a corner of the office. "Angad, tell this girl that crying after making a mistake is not the solution. Shweta, stop crying," Riya yelled at her. Shweta trembled on the inside after hearing Riya's harsh voice. "Get out of my sight, or I'll fire you," Riya yelled, noticing Shweta's tears. Shweta burst out of the cabin. Seeing Riya's enraged red face, Angad was also shivering with fear standing next to Riya's table. Riya knelt on the table, bowed her head, and covered it with her palm. Riya was perplexed as to what to do.

Riya took a deep breath and promptly dialed Mr. Dhawan's number. "Hello, sir, and good morning." Mr. Dhawan responded, "Good morning, Riya." "Sir, I was wondering if you had begun mass production." Riya inquired, cautiously.

"No, just starting today," Mr. Dhawan said from the other end of the line. "Sir, please don't start production right now," Riya begged, nervously rising from her chair.

"What happened? Is there a problem? " Mr. Dhawan inquired, sensing Riya's tense tone. "Yes sir, a big mess has happened. I'm coming to you. Please don't start the production until then, "Riya said as she ran out of the cabin and onto the production floor. Riya went to Mr. Dhawan's office and explained everything. Mr. Dhawan took a long, deep breath and exclaimed to Riya, "How can you be so irresponsible?" Riya, I didn't expect this from you.

Riya bent her head and apologized slowly. "Riya, due to the production delay, I think we should go and talk to the plant head," Mr. Dhawan stated as he rose from his chair.

"All right, sir," Riya responded as she exited the cabin with Mr. Dhawan.

Riya, how did you make such a huge blunder? Something else must happen. " The plant's head inquired, hoping to get the complete truth. All of the work has gone wrong as a result of my carelessness; I apologies profusely, sir. Riya posted a reply, bowing her head in acceptance of her fault. Riya was ordered by the plant's head to "Okay, Riya, if the fault is yours, you will also receive the punishment; you are instantly dismissed from this project; Mr. Angad will now lead this project."

Riya struggled to nod her head, tears welling up in her eyes. "Sorry, sir, and thank you," Riya said softly as she exited the plant head's cabin. Riya dialed Angad's number from her cell phone and requested that the testing report be emailed to them.

"Ma'am, but the mail has to be from your email address," Angad inquired after hearing Riya's response. "No, Angad, you'll be in charge of this project from now on," Riya answered, fighting back tears. But, ma'am, it's not your fault; it's all Shweta's fault; why are you blaming yourself?" Angad asked the query as he turned around. "Angad, pay close attention to what I'm saying; no one should know that Shweta was at fault; otherwise, everyone would doubt her abilities." People take women for granted anyway, so do you get what I'm saying? Riya replied, as she wiped the tears from her face. "Are you crying, Ma'am?" Angad inquired, hearing the pain in Riya's voice. "No Angad, all the best for this project. If you need any guidance or help, always remember that I am available for you. This is the time to demonstrate your skill to everyone, "Riya encouraged Angad.

"No ma'am, it's not right," Angad responded solemnly.

Riya hung up the phone and went straight to the restroom, where she locked herself in. Riya was finding it difficult to keep her emotions under control. The restroom was an excellent place to cry. Riya's eyes welled up with tears as soon as the door to the restroom was shut. Riya's thoughts had gotten very light after crying for a long period, but her eyes had turned entirely red. Riya had been in the restroom for about 30 minutes. I can't be weak because I have to deal with the rest of my work. I will never allow a problem to affect my team members. There is a time when I was like Shweta, new to the company, but my manager used to get punished by my senior for any mistake I made. I used to tell myself that when I became the manager, I would never let any of my team members get into any difficulty.

"Are you all right, Riya?" Ashish's message box appears.

Riya had realized that the incident from a while ago had become the gossip of the entire office.

"Yes, I'm fine; it's all part of the work," she says. Riya typed the message, went inside the cabin, aimlessly replied to several emails, and began dealing with the rest of the pending chores.

"Shweta, Are you happy now? " Angad glared fiercely at Shweta and inquired. "Angad, you were right about Riya ma'am that day. Forgive me, Angad, "Shweta replied quietly, dropping her head. Please apologies to Riya ma'am, not to me. Angad yelled angrily, his gaze fixed on Shweta.

And, of course, keep one thing in mind at all times: Shweta never cries in front of Riya Ma'am because of her professional job; instead, she becomes enraged when someone, especially a girl, breaks down professionally. " While threatening Shweta, Angad added.

"So Riya ma'am never cries?" Shweta inquired, with her irritated voice. "Absolutely crying, but alone," Angad answered, taking a long breath. "I have seen Riya ma'am unhappy, angry, sad, but never seen crying over the years."

Shweta insisted, "It can't happen. Angad, a girl, is the first to cry with any emotion. Maybe you're right, Shweta, but I can bet you that Riya ma'am, no matter how unhappy she is, would still show strong emotions in her face, and if you don't believe me, you can check her out immediately in her cabin, "Angad countered Shweta's assertion.

"Can I come in, Riya?" Standing at Riya's cabin door, Rachit inquired. "Yes sir, come," Riya said as she rose from her chair and greeted Rachit. Riya was well aware of Rachit's appearance here at this moment. However, Riya lacked the courage to fight with him at this time.

What do you have to say about Riya's abilities as a team leader?

I must say that she is the girl who can serve as an example of female empowerment. And, of course, she is closer to nature than a coconut.

In the next chapter, you will learn how she will get revenge on Rachit for his deed from yesterday.
