Cosmic Crime Files
Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of Space, or so they say. I've always considered her a cruel mistress; cold, empty, unforgiving...and yet, that's part of her charm. As bleak and lonely as the Void can be, she's quite the alluring and talented seductress, a vast, untapped resource full of mystery and intrigue. To put it simply, she is at the same time my worst enemy and my greatest lover. It may seem bizarre to some, but I've always felt at home in the velvety embrace of her star-studded bosom, and today was no different.

Dimoono
Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say. There were many screams as the first astronauts sought to land on Dimoono. Like ships lost at sea seeking the New World, many astronauts were lost trying to land on a planet with a similar atmosphere to Earth. Explosions, crashes, and lack of oxygen were just some of the causes of death in the vacuum of space. Twenty years and sixty-four astronauts would pass. The efforts would be beyond what the first settlers of the New World could have ever imagined. Many light years away Dimoono was found.

Intergalactic Express : A Hitchhiker's Journey
The taste of iron was not mixing well with the overwhelming taste of bourbon. A fog sat heavy in Quinten's head. The previous night was a complete blur. The vague memory of drinking with a woman in red cascaded across the surface of his thoughts. She was quite the beauty.

JEWEL OF SHINKANSEN
I felt the vibration increase from a constant familiar drone to a higher frequency. An aroma of freshly brewed coffee coaxed me from wherever I had been—a dreamless slumber. The real world coalesced as I shifted my numbed backside in the leather seat. Sounds of others receiving their drinks and asking about the speed fumbled into my brain as I stirred.

Dark Train's Impetus
The glass floors of the train station were miniature hazards with the mixture of fresh and melted snow. The multitude of people streaming through the enclosed station’s opened doors allowed great and cold gusts and small white puffs of snowflakes to fall through undeterred, almost defeating the purpose of a sanctuary from the freezing temperatures. Though there was a reason for the large congregation of people flooding through the double doors.

Purple Shines
Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say. Nobody can find life in this vast stretch of the universe. Was I considered life? I could breathe, and talk, and I ate food for sustenance. I was not alone on the purple planet. My companions would hear me if I screamed, anywhere on our planet. My heart would send the scream to their hearts. They would know of the scream, especially if it had been in terror. But our lives knew no terror.
