The Planet of Panoras
Dear Sally, I'm writing from the small village of Trok in between the Elijah River and Lake Elizabeth. The river used to flow around the bend into the neighboring town, but the beavers dammed it up and now the only way to go anywhere is to sail to the estuary where Elijah meets the long, long river called Bagulph. What a weird name right? Bagulph? Where did they come up with that? It makes me laugh. Most of these townspeople have their own little boats, but of course I haven't learned how to make my own boat and I can't affod to buy the kind that they will allow me to go on the river with. So I'm somewhat trapped in this tiny hut and the weather has been cruel also.

Death's Challenge
Dressed in casual dark blue jeans and a greying white top, Marcus stands on top of a mountain as it floats high in the sky. Staring out into a light blue void that surrounds everything. No land or sea can be seen and although it appears to be daytime, there is no sun. A train revolves around the base of the hill, circling it in a never-ending loop.

The Thief with the Emerald Eyes
The alley was nowhere near as dark as the ones Olivia had slept in as a child. More than an hour had passed since she had first crouched deep in the bushes beside the townhouse. From her hiding place, she had watched the elaborate carriage come and take both the master and mistress of the house away for their evening of entertainment in the town. The lady’s skirts had billowed around her as she descended the stairs accentuating their wealth. After they left, the candles in the house had been snuffed and movement beyond the windowpanes stilled. Her legs went numb but she did not dare move. Another hour or so passed before she dared to break from her silent stalking.

The carriage arrived at the small bridge that connected the city with the Avilla castle since it was surrounded by a small river. Vierizen had 5 rivers flowing through its lands and it was said that Artanges became the capital as it was the only place where all 5 rivers passed through it.
