Banana milk tea is delicious, sweet and fragrant

Resources:

- Six porcelain bananas (you can use bananas)

- One can of coconut milk (400 ml), 150 grams of semolina, 80 grams of sugar (can be arbitrary increase/decrease), roasted peanuts, grated young coconut, two pineapple leaves (sticky leaves.

Perform:

Step 1: Peeled bananas, cut into thick pieces. Add bananas with 30 grams of sugar, a pinch of salt and mix well.

Step 2: Add 1 litre of water to the pot, boil pineapple leaves, then put semolina for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 minutes so that the semolina settles down.

Step 3: Add 600 ml of cold water to a semolina pot, cook on the stove, cook over medium heat. Cook until the dough is ripe and bright, add 1/2 cup coconut milk and sugar and cook for 5 minutes. Add the bananas and cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 4: Finally, add coconut milk to stir. Taste the sweet taste just off the stove.

Presentation: Scoop coconut milk tea into a cup/cup, add grated coconut and sprinkle with roasted peanuts. If you like to eat cold, you can add more ice.

In the summer, I made coconut jelly for hot days to reduce heat

Resources:

- Coconut Siamese: 2 fruits

- Carrageenan jelly powder: 7gr (or using jellyfish)

- Sugar: 80gr (depending on taste and sweetness of coconut water)

- Coconut milk: 100ml

Perform:

Step 1: Use the edge of the knife near the handle of the knife, firmly create a circle around the lid of the coconut, then use the tip to remove the coconut cover.

Step 2: Pour the coconut water into a bowl. With these two coconuts, I have 1100ml of coconut water.

Step 3: Mix jelly powder with coconut water, then add sugar (if you like to eat crunchy or soft, you can add or remove jelly powder).

Step 4: Boil jelly for about 2-3 minutes, skim off the foam and then turn off the heat.

Step 5: Pour this jelly into an empty coconut. Leave some pulp (about 100 -150ml).

Step 6: Wait for the jelly in the coconut will face, north the remaining jelly pot on the stove, boil the jam again and pour coconut milk in, stir well.

Step 7: Pour the coconut milk jelly into the mouth of the coconut.
