1.Strawberry Chocolate Mousse Cake

Crust Ingredients

24 Oreos- crushed

6 tbsp - butter- melted

Kosher salt - pinch

Chocolate Mousse Ingredients

Coldwater- 2 ½ tbsp

Gelatin -2 tbsp

Chocolate chips - 2 ¼

Heavy cream- 3 cups

Powdered sugar- ½

Strawberries- 2qt

For topping

Heavy cream

Semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Grease the springform pan by cooking spray. Take a large bowl to add crushed ores, butter, salt, and press this mixture over the pan and keep aside.
  2. In another bowl, add water, gelatin leave it for 5-10 mins. Keep chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Place the pan on medium flame and add a cup of cream to simmer. Whisk in gelatin and stir until dissolved. Pour this mixture on chocolate chips and stir again.
  3. Best 2 cups of cream with sugar. Stir ¼ whipped cream to melted chocolate.
  4. Spread this mouse over the crust. Place strawberries to press across Inside steamed downside.
  5. Spreading mousse over strawberries by using a piping bag.
  6. Refrigerate about 4-6 hours.
  7. Pour hot heavy cream over chocolate chips. Refrigerate this and garnish the cake

2. Heart-Shaped Cake

Cake Ingredients :

Butter- 1c

Sugar granulated- 1c

Eggs- 2

Vanilla extract- 1tbsp

All-purpose flour- 2 ½

Cocoa powder- ¼ c

Baking soda- 1 tsp

Kosher salt-1 tsp

Buttermilk- 1c

White vinegar- 2tsp

Red food color- 2tsp

Cream Cheese frosting

Block cream cheese- 1(8-0z)

Butter - 4tsp

Powdered sugar- 4tsp

Vanilla extract- 1 tsp

Kosher salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven for 350°. Get 8" round and 8" square cake pan. Beat butter, sugar in a bowl then add eggs and vanilla extract.
  2. Whisk cocoa, salt, baking salt, flour. Add red food color, vinegar, buttermilk, and add other dry ingredients.
  3. Separate batter within prepared cake pans to 25-30 minutes and cool it down for 15 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar until fluffy and add salt, vanilla to it.
  5. cut round cakes then place these 2 adjacent cakes of the square cake. Then garnish with cream cheese frosting.

3. Red velvet cake

Red velvet Cake Ingredients :

All-purpose flour-2 ½

Salt- 1tsp

Baking powder- 2tsp

Baking soda- 1/2tsp

Cocoa powder unsweetened- ¼ cup

Red food color- 2tsp

Water

Unsalted butter- 2ounces

Sugar- 2c

Eggs- 3

Vanilla- 1 ½

Buttermilk- 1c

Icing Ingredients:

Unsalted butter- 6ounces

Cream cheese- 1 pound

Powdered sugar- 1pound

Whole milk- 2tsp

Directions:

  1. Heat oven for 350°F and coat pans with butter.
  2. Set salt, baking powder, and salt. Whisk food coloring, cocoa, water in a bowl. Beat butter and sugar
  3. Add vanilla and egg mixture and cocoa mixture until incorporated evenly.
  4. Beat flour, buttermilk, and separate this batter within two pans. Then bake for 30 minutes. Invert cakes to cool for 1 hour.
  5. Beat butter, cream until it's creamy and add sugar, milk to loosen it.
  6. Level tops of cakes, reserve scrape for garnish. Place a layer over the cake stand then top with frosting then carefully add another layer then garnish scrape of cake.

4. Tulip Cupcakes

Cake Ingredients:

All-purpose flour- 2 1/2c

Baking powder- 1 3/4tsp

Kosher salt- 1tsp

Unsalted butter- 14tsp

Sugar- 1 3/4tsp

Eggs- 4

Vanilla extract- 2tsp

Buttermilk- 3/4c

Cream cheese buttercream

Cream cheese- 8oz

Unsalted butter- 1/2c

Confectioners sugar- 3 1/2c

Kosher salt- 1/2tsp

Vanilla extract- 2tsp

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven for 350°
  2. Whisk baking powder, flour, salt in a bowl. Best sugar, butter until fluffy and add eggs, vanilla, buttermilk until incorporated.
  3. Get this batter to lined cups and bake it for 30 minutes then cool it for 15 minutes. Then frost it with cream cheese buttercream
  4. To make the buttercream, beat cream cheese, butter, salt to 3 minutes with vanilla extract, sugars.

5. Ice Cream Sundae Cupcakes

Cake Ingredients:

Cake mix- 1 box

Powdered sugar- 3c

Butter- 1/2c

Milk- 4tsp

Chocolate syrup- drizzling

Maraschino cherries

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven for 350°.
  2. Make cake batter as per in the package and fill every cupcake liner with batter and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Add butter, sugar, milk until fluffy.
  4. Use a scoop of frosting for every cupcake. Garnish with chocolate syrup.

6. Pink Lemonade Cupcake

Cake mix

Strawberries

Frosting Ingredients:

Butter- 1c

Sugar- 3 1/2c

Lemonade- 1/4c

Red food coloring lemon slices- 4 drops

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.
  2. Make cake batter as per in the package and pour it to cupcake liners and place strawberry to each cupcake and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Make frosting by beating sugar and butter and add lemonade, sugar then stir red food coloring.
  4. By a large star tip pipe cool every cupcake with this frosting.

7. No-Bake Mini Heart Cake

Cake Ingredients:

Frozen pound cake- 1

Confectioners sugar- 5 1/4c

Milk- 1/2c

Light corn syrup- 3tsp

Almond extract- 2tsp

Red liquid food color

Directions:

  1. Had 2 ½ or 2-in heart shape metal cookie cutters
  2. Use sharp knife trim rounded scrape, crust from pound cake. Cut hearts from it.
  3. Place heart cutters on a wire rack set over wax paper for catching drips.
