TIKTOK MADE ME DO IT: GARLIC CRUST PIZZA

Hey hey hey! I am back with another recipe that I know you’re going to love! This recipe is super super simple and it’s yet another TikTok viral hack that uses items you probably already have in your fridge/freezer! (You already know how much I love super simple recipes and I know you guys do too!)

This is a quick hack that will get you through those moments when you aren't sure what to make for dinner...or you're looking for a quick option for school lunches for the kids! (They are small enough to cut up and fit into a lunchbox!)

We’re making pizza today! (I know you’re like wait a minute… I can ORDER pizza…) Oh you sure can…ORRRRR…. you can make your own and add a little twist to it!

How does a super yummy, buttery and delicious garlic crust pepperoni pizza sound?! Sounds amazing right? Do you remember when Pizza Hut had the Garlic Crust pizza?! THIS recipe right here is your answer! This is also a great option if you don't happen to have pizza crust or the standard tortillas at home.

Guys it only involves one ingredient that you probably don’t even realize you can use for pizza crust! Trust and believe you’re going to LOVE this one!

Have you ever thought to use garlic bread for your pizza crust? (And when I say garlic bread… I mean the frozen store-bought kind?) I know I had never thought of doing it, so when I saw this viral trend on TikTok I had to try it for myself! It's a game changer!

We typically have these in our freezer when we have pasta dishes and we pulled them out specifically today to make it our crust for our pizzas! This is a great meal option as a quick snack or lunch/dinner for the entire family! Another great thing is that you can include the kiddos in this too because they can add their own toppings and you can make it a whole family activity! (This recipe also has less mess so no need to make your own crust from scratch or deal with flimsy tortillas!)

Let’s do this!

Here’s what you need:

Pepperoni or whatever toppings you would like to add to your pizza

Mozzarella Cheese

Pizza sauce

Garlic bread (We used the New York Bakery Frozen Texas Toast Garlic Bread)

Let us begin!

First up you will go ahead and sauce your garlic bread with your pizza sauce… Add your cheese… and then add your favorite toppings of choice. We kept it super simple and used Pepperoni.

This is the best part because the kiddos and I have a BALL making meals together so it was fun watching them get excited about putting their toppings on their pizzas.

Once you are done, you will then place them in the oven at 350° for 15 minutes! (Keep an eye on them because this cooks pretty fast and you don't want them to burn.)

Take them out and enjoy! That’s all that’s it! Super simple and DELICIOUS!
