Restaurant Name: Black Camel

Yes, Black Camel restaurant is a hole in the wall, and yeah, the sandwiches are fabulous and super yummy, especially its roast beef sandwiches tasting like heaven. Its minuscule and cute space often packed with an eager lineup only seats ten at a ledge and tiny chairs at tiny tables crammed into corners. There is also a small patio area with four seats outside. Their special dish, the slow-roasted beef brisket sandwich, comes with brisket marinated in a custom dry rub for three days before being slow-cooked for 14 hours overnight and then allowed to rest for 24 hours. This means it takes five days to produce the tender protein, not shaved too thin, so the meat's full pepperiness and texture come through. Optional toppings are just as good as sandwich fillings in Black Camel, like a thick, malty, sweet house BBQ sauce made with smoked paprika, molasses, cider vinegar Dijon that is also slow-cooked. Melt in your mouth beef brisket piled high, smothered with tangy BBQ sauce, and topped with caramelized onions on a perfectly soft and chewy bun. The bun is fresh, and the pork has a fantastic BBQ taste that accents and does not overpower the meat. Black Camel also has some tremendous regular and specialty coffees and yummy side salads. It is the best place to eat inside or take-out in Toronto.
