Yes, this can happen when we find that choosing saturated slices of bread instead of junk bread is the best choice for us to maintain our physical health in many things.

And the benefits of saturated slices of bread are :

• It serves to regulate the level of sugar in the blood.

• It eliminates the fat in the body and does not affect the good fats, but gets rid of the fats that lead to obesity.

• Oat bread is useful for the health of the heart and arteries; saturated bread raises the body's immunity and thus protects the body from many diseases.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup warm water

• 1 teaspoon of yeast

• 1 teaspoon white honey

• 1 cup of coarse oats

• 2 cups very fine oatmeal

• 1/4 cup wheat germ

• 1/4 cup quinoa beans

• 1/4 cup chia seeds

• 1/4 cup linseed oil

• 1/4 cup skimmed milk powder

• 1/4 cup of oil

Directions:

Step 1

Mix warm water, honey and yeast, stir well, and then add the rest of the ingredients as a whole.

Step 2

Knead well in the perineum or by hand, until a moldable dough forms.

They can be spread and formed slices, or hammered and wrapped in the form of breading.

Step 3

Form small balls, then spread as thinly as possible to roast well in the oven.

Or spread butter between two sheets and cut squares or cut with a round cutter, and lift very quietly because it is very fragile.

Step 4

Put on an oven tray lined with parchment paper, and enter the oven at 190 degrees until it toasts and takes on a sweet color.

Notables :

- It is preferable to eat 3 slices in the morning or afternoon, and very few about two slices after Morocco when feeling very hungry.

- Quinoa and chia can be dispensed with if not available, but adding them is very useful.

- Coarse oats are important because it takes time to digest.

- Salt can be dispensed with for owners of high pressure.

- Pieces of these slices are equivalent to a quarter of a loaf.

This recipe tastes sweeter with the addition of powdered milk, and it can be eaten without any dips, and it can also be dispensed with powdered milk, but it tastes less bacon, but both methods are very useful and saturated.

I do not prefer to add the Rose permanently, because it prevents the absorption of calcium from the body, and therefore helps with osteoporosis, and leads to problems with the colon.

Yeast is very useful because it contains vitamin B.

The Shape of the slices is better, because it is easy to put any slice of cheese or turkey on it, unlike breading.

factors that help satiety:

- Slow eating, the body needs from 15 to 20 minutes from the start of eating, until it feels full

- Start the meal with a low-fat salad or low-fat soup, or both.

- Divide meals into multiple small meals throughout the day.

- Not eating while watching TV.

- Drink water abundantly.

- Splitting proteins throughout the day helps to satiety.

- Not to reduce calories by more than 1000 calories per day, so that the body does not feel starvation, and therefore stores fat.

- Eat recipes with oats.

Beans, Cham hummus, eggs, cottage cheese, these foods help a lot to satiety.
