It costs approximately $22 per 400/grams. This amount gives you about six slices of thinly sliced steak.

Benefits of Fast Fried Steak
- Feeds a lot of people on a budget
- Great for fajitas, sandwiches, & Asian cuisine
- Lean meat is thinly sliced and tasty!
- Easy and quick to cook!
- Instead of feeding $20/lb per steak feed a family for $22!
- Let's Talk Juicy!
3 Ways to Get your “Meat” Tender!
1. Infuse Flavour Baby and Marinate!
Infuse the flavor! Use Acidic tenderizers. Acidic ingredients allow the proteins to break down! Great ingredients include lemon juice, vinegar, buttermilk, yogurt! Set it in for 30 minutes to 2 hours! Personally, I like to use lemon juice and maybe a little wine (;
2. Let’s Get Physical: Tenderize the Meat
Pound lightly but don’t let it run to mush!!! You can use a hammer or even a skillet. There are different methods but, this is the easiest way!
3. Salt Baby
Add that SALT BABY! The salt draws out moisture. When moisture is drawn out it creates a natural brine flavour! YUM!
