Someone Say Keto?

I love keto, burns fat fast and loads you full of energy BUT before i get carried away how about some incredible lean meat balls wrapped in stunning bacon?

Ingredients

  • 8 Slices Of Bacon
  • 450g Lean Beef Mince (Can Also Use Bison)
  • 80g Red Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 4 Tbsp Fresh Coriander
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Thyme
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 200c and heat up a no stick pan on medium heat.
  2. Add the oil and caramelise your onions.
  3. Add the onion to a bowl and add the rest of your ingredients, mix and form into 8 ball sized meat balls.
  4. Wrap each ball i 1 strip of bacon and place flap side down onto a baking sheet and place in the oven for 15 Minutes.
  5. Place in the grill for the last 3-4 mins to crisp up

  • 2 Tbsp Greek Yogurt
  • 120g Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Tsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (i like to get mine from The Protein Works due to the huge discounts)
  • 125ml Almond Milk
  • ice

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.

Mix It Up!

  • 30g Hazel Nuts
  • Chocolate Protein Powder 1 Scoop
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa
  • 90% Dark Chocolate Shaving's
  • 250ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Banana Frozen
  • 1 tbsp Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and bled until smooth consistency.
  2. Place dark chocolate shaving all on top.

Ingredients

  • 200g Bison Or High Quality Beef Mince
  • Mozzarella Light Shredded (Low Fat)
  • Turkey Bacon x2
  • Chicken Sausages x2
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Basil
  • 1 Tsp Oregano

To Garnish

  • Red Onion
  • Baby Gem Lettuce
  • Beef Tomato
  • 1 Whole Grain Bun
  • Light Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. get started by heating up the grill
  2. Mix bison or beef mince in with all your spices and create two good sized patties.
  3. Place your buns on the grill until golden brown
  4. Place your bison patties on the grill
  5. while this is searing, cut your onion, baby gem and beef tomato, place in your bus along with the light mayo
  6. Flip your burgers and add your chicken sausages and turkey bacon, place the mozzarella cheese on top of the patties and wait until melted.
  7. Once everything is cooked start stacking, starting with your two patties, bacon then sausages.

Now that's one hell of a burger, super lean and high in protein perfect for a post workout !
