Keto Chocolate Cake Recipe:

Ingredients :

• ¼ cup coconut flour

• ½ teaspoon baking soda

• 20 drops liquid stevia (or another sweetener to taste)

• Pinch of salt

• ¼ cup cocoa powder, unsweetened

Frosting:

Ingredients:

• ¾ ounces 70% dark chocolate bar, coarsely chopped

• ½ tablespoon coconut oil, melted

• ¼ teaspoon liquid stevia (or another sweetener to taste)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a cake pan and set it aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients.

Stir until well combined. In a small bowl or glass measuring cup, combine the wet ingredients.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until well combined. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before frosting.

To make the frosting:

melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a small saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in stevia to taste. Allow it to cool slightly before frosting your cake or cupcakes!

Keto Shepherd's Pie Recipe:

Ingredients: • ½ pound ground lamb or beef

• ¼ cup diced onion

• ¼ cup diced celery

• ⅓ cup diced carrot

• Salt and pepper, to taste

Filling: • ½ cup cauliflower florets, chopped

• ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

• ½ teaspoon onion powder

• Salt and pepper, to taste

Topping: • ⅓ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground lamb or beef until browned.

Drain any excess fat and remove it from heat. Add in the onion, celery, carrot, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Spread the mixture into an 11x13-inch baking dish.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring water to a boil.

Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about five minutes, or until soft.

Drain and add to a blender or food processor along with the almond milk, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Blend until completely smooth. Pour the mixture over the meat mixture in the baking dish and spread evenly.

Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly.

Keto Creamy Cauliflower Sauce Recipe:

Ingredients:

• ½ head cauliflower, cut into florets

• ¼ cup water

• Salt and pepper, to taste

• Pinch of garlic powder or one clove fresh garlic, minced (optional)

Instructions:

Place the cauliflower florets into a large pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to medium or medium-low so that it continues at a simmer.

Partially cover the pot (leave enough space for steam to escape) and cook until fork tender - about 20 minutes. Drain any excess water from the pot, then add the cauliflower into a blender or food processor.

Add in the salt and pepper (and garlic powder if using), then pour in water until it reaches your desired sauce consistency.

Blend until completely smooth - this could take several minutes depending on how powerful your blender is!

Keto Creamy Avocado Pasta Recipe:

Ingredients:

• ½ avocado, peeled and pitted

• ¼ cup water

• Salt and pepper, to taste

• Pinch of garlic powder or one clove fresh garlic, minced (optional)

Instructions:

Add the avocado, water, salt, and pepper (and garlic powder if using), into a blender or food processor.

Blend until completely smooth - this could take several minutes depending on how powerful your blender is!

Pour the mixture into a pot and heat over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until it comes to a simmer. Serve hot with your favorite pasta dish!

Keto Grilled Cheese Recipe:

Ingredients:

• Slices of your favorite keto-friendly cheese

• Slices of ham or bacon

Instructions:

Preheat a grill, griddle, or frying pan over medium heat. Add the cheese and ham or bacon to one slice of bread, and top with another slice.

Grill, griddle, or fry until both sides are crispy and the cheese has melted.

Keto Cheesy Biscuits Recipe:

Ingredients:

• butter or coconut oil, for greasing the pan

• ½ cup almond flour

• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder or one clove fresh garlic, minced (optional)

• Salt and pepper to taste

Filling:

• ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet or muffin tin with butter or coconut oil. In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.

Pour in enough water to make a dough, and stir until it forms. Form the mixture into balls (about one tablespoon each) and place on the baking sheet or muffin tin - I like to use my hands for this! Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
