Tea with vitamins

Despite the fact that tarragon is a bright taste from childhood for many people and raspberries are a summer berry, these two ingredients complement each other perfectly! Tea made from them is not only a tonic and calming beverage, but it is also a vitamin charge for your body.

Ingredients:

• 100 g raspberries

• 1 bunch tarragon

• 1 tablespoon black leaf tea

• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1. Separate the tarragon leaves and stems into tiny pieces. If you're using frozen raspberries, thaw them and drain any extra water. Tea can also be made with shredded raspberries or jam. In a teapot, combine tarragon, raspberries, black tea, and granulated sugar.

2. Bring the kettle to a boil and fill the ingredients halfway with water.

3. In a teapot, combine all of the ingredients. Allow the vitamin drink to steep for around 10 minutes.

4. Give yourself and your loved ones a delicious and nutritious cup of tea!

Tea with Kiwi Basil

Ingredients:

• 1 pc. Kiwi

• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

• 1 tablespoon black leaf tea

• 5-6 basil leaves

Method of preparation:

The secret to the perfect family tea is simple: a combination of spicy and slightly pungent thyme and a sour-sweet red orange. Sicilian tea is the perfect solution for creating an extraordinarily cozy atmosphere in your home.

Ingredients:

• Thyme - a few twigs

• Red orange - 1 pc.

• Black leaf tea - 1 tablespoon

• Granulated sugar or honey - to taste

Cooking method:

1. Before you start brewing tea, prepare the food: wash the fruits and leaves thoroughly, dry them.

2. Slice the orange into rings. For a more subtle flavor, may be skinned from the fruit. Place thyme leaves, orange slices, black tea, and granulated sugar in a teapot.

3. Boil the kettle and fill the ingredients with the required amount of water.

4. Stir the ingredients in a teapot. Let the drink steep a little, about 10 minutes.

Harvesting for sea buckthorn tea

The warming drink that has become a trend in many coffee houses this winter is sea buckthorn tea! This is not just a cup of vitamin cocktail for your body, it is also a cup of insane pleasure.

Ingredients:

• Sea buckthorn berries - 200 gr.,

• Granulated sugar - 50-80 gr,

• Thyme (or other herbal tea) - 2 tablespoons,

• Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

• Lemon zest - 10 gr.,

• Boiled water - 50 ml.

1. Prepare the ingredients before brewing the tea: defrost the sea buckthorn and drain off excess water, and wash and dry the lemon thoroughly.

2. In a small saucepan, add sea buckthorn, granulated sugar, thyme or other herbal tea, lemon juice and zest, and a little boiled water.

3. Cook a thick mixture of all ingredients for 15 minutes, until boiling.

4. We take out the lemon zest from the resulting blank. We punch the mixture with an immersion blender.

5. We give the sea buckthorn blank to brew and cool.

6. We grind the resulting thick through a sieve to get rid of thyme leaves and sea buckthorn seeds.

7. Boil the kettle and fill the ingredients with the required amount of water.

8. Our tea preparation is ready!
