These are the words to the chorus of a popular song. They say the British enjoy afternoon tea but tea time is anytime morning, noon, and night. Herbals teas are said to offer numerous health benefits including aiding digestion, cleansing the liver and relieving constipation.

When it comes to herbal teas, there are numerous brands on the market. Some have one specific ingredient others have 2 or 3 and there are also brands that combine multiple herbs. If you are not certain about which teas may offer the most health benefits, Tazo has made the choice a lot easier. Their Iced Passion tea has 7 herbal ingredients and each one offers its own method of relieving stress or preventing illness. Together they are a powerhouse of nutrition for those who choose to indulge.

The Iced Passion tea can be found on grocery aisle where boxes of tea are sold on the shelves. It comes in a 32 ounce container and each 8 ounce serving yields only 30 calories. Orange peel

Most people through away the peel when they eat oranges but the peel is rich in nutrition. It is loaded with flavonoids and several other phytochemicals that offer a variety of health benefits. Flavonoids can reduce the risk of heart disease as well as cancer.The flesh of an orange contains about 71 milligrams of vitamin C, while the peel has more than 136 milligrams which is almost twice as much.

Rose hips

Rose hips at a glance look like small tomatoes. They obtain their vibrant red-orange color from carotenoid pigments known as beta carotene and lycopene. These pigments have been proven to promote healthy eyes and beautiful skin. They are also loaded with disease-fighting antioxidants, including vitamin C, catechins, quercetin, and ellagic acid. A diet rich in these compounds can help reduce inflammation and also oxidative stress in your body.

Licorice root

Licorice root is used in candy and other foods to add flavor and also can be found in tobacco products. It is recommended for its soothing effect on for an upset stomach, reduces inflammation, and also treats upper respiratory ailments.

Cinnamon
