Some Good Recipes

I couldn't find a picture so here is ice cream.

So one thing you can do is start by drinking protein shakes every day. If you need to gain weight: use milk and add some ice cream, but not Halo Top, Swell, or Enlightened. Those are healthier and will be better if you add it in your protein shakes for fat loss since it has low calories and sugar, but has more protein. Drink two cups of water in the morning before eating. Throughout the day, drink six more cups of water. Drink at least four cups of water in the day before drinking soda. Try to drink diet sodas. For a fluffy dessert mix 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder, 1 cup frozen blueberries, and a 1/8 cup of milk. It makes a fluffy snack or dessert. Get rices cakes and put protein butter on it. When you go out to eat, get what you want, but do not do this daily. Try ordering a salad, maybe share it with someone. Make your own desserts. I posted some recipes here. I will show more recipes in a different post. Your dessert can have a lot fewer calories, sugar, and carbs. It will most likely have more protein and it can still taste very good. If you are still hungry, eat a piece of dark chocolate or maybe cheese or turkey bacon. When you feel full, stop eating. If you overeat you won't feel good. You can eat unhealthy stuff without gaining weight if you don't eat it every day. Start eating it once a week and you will start to progress towards your goal. Start by doing this on the weekends, summer, during breaks/ holidays, the new year, or just whenever. This will take at least a few months. Try to do a slight calorie deficient. This could take a year or two. Try your best, it will be hard at first. Never give up. Always measure and weigh your self around the same time each day. Try to eat vegetables with lunch or dinner. It is easier for me that way than just eating them alone. Add salt to them. It gives them more flavor. Keep reading below because I have some recipes that hopefully you can try. I have more recipes and I can do another post about it another day. I have been doing Alexis Ren's workout for three days and I already feel thinner. I will be doing her ab workout till the 31st of July and I might continue it to the end of August if I feel like I want to. Hopefully, you try these recipes and like them too. I also tried posting another recipe, but it wouldn’t work. I did post all protein shakes.

Here is a recipe for ice cream shakes. For losing weight you use a quarter cup of cocoa powder, one cup almond milk, one scoop protein powder, and one serving of chocolate Halo Top. For building muscle: one cup of coconut milk, two scoops protein powder, 150 g, mango, and half a cup of oats, and one cup Ben and Jerry's. Just blend all the ingredients in a blender. Sometimes try to use different flavors of Halo Top/ice cream depending on if you want to gain or lose weight. You can also try different types of milk. Blend all the ingredients in a blender.

Here is a recipe for an Oreo protein shake. You need one cup cookies and cream protein powder, one reduced fat Oreo, two grams of a sweetener of your choice, two grams vanilla extract, one cup unsweetened almond milk, 10-12 ice cubes, eight grams sugar-free or fat-free instant vanilla pudding mix, and a half a teaspoon xanthan gum. Substitute cornstarch for the Xanthan gum. You would use the same amount for each. That means that in this recipe you use half a teaspoon of cornstarch instead of Xanthan gum.

Here is a recipe for Reese's protein shake. You need one scoop of chocolate protein powder, a half a cup of unsweetened almond milk, one teaspoon of cocoa powder, 50 grams of bananas cut into chunks, twelve grams powdered peanut butter, four grams sugar free fat free vanilla pudding mix, four grams sugar free fat free butterscotch pudding mix, 10-12 ice cubes, and half of the teaspoon butter or caramel extract. Blend everything in a blender. You can have this whenever you want to. It has 4g sugar free fat free Vanilla pudding mix. It also has 4g sugar free fat free Butterscotch pudding mix. The last ingredient is a half a teaspoon butter or caramel extract. I'm sorry if you live in The United States like me. I found this recipe online, but you just have to convert grams into teaspoons.
