Then we are gonna also on the grill the Tortilla.

And we are going to make sure it's soft.

After it's soft, we are going to pour it into the "Habanero."

Pour in there.

And we are going to use the traditional cast iron pan

that can go into the oven.

A Little bit of salmon, a little bit of corn...

And then we will roll it up, and we are just going to continue to do this.

Now, as you can see, we are not using salt or any pepper,

Because the San Francisco sauce, "Papalote," has the best ingredients in the world!

So you don't need anything.

The San Francisco sauce on top, of course,

to spice it up a little bit more.

Pour in the oven.

Time is about 10 to 15min

On 352-400°degree.

Leave it there, ¡voilà!

Here it is.

Portion cheese,

Spinach, some tomatoes,

And then...

I put some vegan sour cream, of course.

I am trying to make it as salty as possible.

And then my favorite pomegranate on top.

I put a lot of these, and I think that's what really brings out like...

The fusion in our cultures.

And then, obviously, cucumber... Here it is, my masterpiece!

From scratch

With the San Francisco sauce, "Papalote."

Enjoy!
