Fast and Good Food?

When I was in high school, there was a Mexican restaurant called “Mariscos La Costa” that was across the street. It was always packed! The food smelled really good and I would always see high school students eating there at their break. I figured that there was no way for me to get my food within 35 minutes. Instead, I got my food in 5 minutes. How was this possible? There were like 10 kids in front of me and I ordered a shrimp burrito. All I knew was that I did not question it, because I was too hungry.

As I went to a quiet area. I ate my shrimp burrito and...it is the best burrito I have ever had! I love burritos and shrimp is one of my favorite things to eat. Eating that burrito was delicious. The rice and beans were together. The tortilla was freshly cooked and hot. The shrimp was juicy and not cooked hard. The sour cream mixed well with the spicy sauce that also pairs well with the shrimp. I had to tell my family about this place.

I go to Mariscos La Costa when I want quick food. My sister who also loves Mexican food decided to try it as well. She had the shrimp burrito. She loved the burrito just as much as me. I found a new favorite. I had the carne asada tacos. It was delicious. They were like the tacos you get from the food truck. The carne asada had this spicy type of sauce. It came with a lime. The tacos also had cilantro garnished on top as well as cheese (I am not sure what type of cheese; it was white but not cotija). The green salsa gave the tacos that quick that makes it delicious.

My father and mother also go here as well. They started going there after I told them how delicious the food is. The burritos are filling and just enough to make you full. My parents decided at that point to get burritos. One carnita, one chicken and as for me, I wanted to try the beef burrito. I do not know what it is, but that burrito was incredible. It was just as good as the shrimp burrito. I am not the biggest steak fan, but I remember someone ordering the Carne Asada burrito and it smelled so good, that I just had to have it. I am so glad that I tried the Carne Asada. The rice mixed with the steak tasted better than with the shrimp. My niece and nephew are now fans of Mariscos La Costa. They love to eat chicken tacos. In fact, they look forward to Taco Tuesday now because of this.

In conclusion:

When it comes to living in California, Mexican food is a cuisine that is popular. We take Mexican food seriously out here. My favorite thing about this is that Mariscos is super fast. You can literally order and seconds later, get your food. It is no wonder that they were by a high school. I am the type of person where if I like at least three dishes from a restaurant or eatery, I am a fan. There is so much that makes Mariscos La Costa the place to eat if you want Mexican food fast and amazing! They have everything for all people. If you love steak, eat the carne asada burrito/tacos. If you love chicken, tacos are the way to go. You’re a pescatarian? Shrimp burrito is delicious. However, if you are anything like me, order the whole menu. Trust me, it is amazing!
