Hey hey hey! I am back with another fun recipe that you can get the entire family involved in! Your kids are going to LOVE this one!

If your kids are a fan of Entenmann’s Little Bites, you’re going to absolutely love this recipe! Guys… It is a DUPE to the Entenmann's Little Bites and dare I say that it tastes EVEN BETTER than the store-bought ones!

The other awesome thing about this recipe is the fact that you can really have fun creating different variations of these muffins! For this particular recipe, we chose to use sprinkles so they would be identical to the Little Bites that the twins love… more specifically the “Party Cake Muffins” flavor of Little Bites!

Be as creative as you wish with these little muffins because there are so many different ingredients you can add to them! You can use chocolate chips, nuts, sprinkles just as we did, blueberries, Craisins and so much more!

You can also create these in different holiday variations as well so think along the lines of holiday breakfast muffins where you use holiday sprinkles for this recipe! The options are endless!

This is the simplest recipe ever! You only need a few items!

Here is what you will need:

Pancake Mix (you can choose whatever brand you prefer… and you can take it one step further and make it easier on yourself by purchasing the already-mixed pancake mix available in your local grocery store!)

Sprinkles or whatever ingredients you would like to add to the muffins! Today we are going to use some fun colorful sprinkles to emulate the “Party” flavor of the Little Bites!

A mini muffin pan

Cooking spray to spray your pan with so that the muffins don’t stick to your pan

That’s all that’s it! It’s just that simple!

First up, you will mix your pancake batter as the instructions indicate!

From there you will spray your muffin tray with your cooking spray, and then scoop your pancake mixture into the muffin compartments of your mini muffin tray.

From there, here is where the rest of the fun begins… Yourself and/or the kiddos can put whatever toppings they would like to add directly to the muffin tray compartments. Jaxson and Jayla chose to use some Halloween sprinkles as well as some standard party sprinkles for their muffins.

Put them in the oven on 350 for 10 to 12 minutes… Of course keep an eye on them because I know oven ranges vary in settings.

Once they are out… Let them cool off and ENJOY! THEY ARE SO FRIGGIN' GOOD YA'LL! (And BETTER TASTING than the originals if I do say so myself!) :)

The best thing about these are is that they were absolutely positively DELICIOUS! You can also freeze them for later to put in lunch boxes or include in snacks… or just to have on the go for breakfast with a glass of milk first thing in the morning! They are also addictive so be careful! LOL! Again, the options are endless!

Definitely give these a try! They are so much fun to make and such a great way to include your kiddos' in some baking fun! If you guys try this recipe out, make sure to tag me on Instagram! You can follow me on Instagram here: https://www.instagram.com/socialitesande/
