Mono-sodium glutamate increases obesity

Mono-sodium glutamate (MSG) is added to the momos for taste. It is naturally present in some foods, but is mixed separately in processed foods. Sodium glutamate is a white crystal powder. Which not only increases the risk of obesity, but can also cause health risks such as nerve disorders, sweating, chest pain, nausea and increased heart rate. MSG is present in high amounts in processed foods like chips, packaged soups, canned food.

Source of dangerous tapeworm

Momos contain cabbage stuffing, which if not cooked properly can contain tapeworm spores, which can reach the brain. This is a worm living in cabbage, which can cause health hazards.

Harm from uncooked and unwashed vegetables

Vegetables found in the market are of poor quality and have a lot of bacteria on them.
