Hello my Lovelies, by the time you read this I hope that you are happy, healthy and happy. I have been sharing with you many of my recipes that I truly love. Some of them have alot of fruits and veggies, but then there are just those that focus on that specifically. With what ever produce you choose for this its up to you. But a cherry cobbler is amazing. I think it is one of the most under utilized fruits that can be out there. Cherries while they are really tasty and they are actually very good for you. They are packed with nutrients and have great benefits for your heart health. They can also assist in your exercise recovery as well as assist with arthritis and has man antioxidants. So next time you want to make a cobbler instead of peach or apple. Which are the common one. Try the cherry I am sure you will be very surprised.

Also I wanted to tell you that when you do get the cherries you want for your cobbler. Just make sure that they are in season and I like to use fresh. But again if you cannot get the fresh you might want to use the frozen ones. With the frozen ones you want to make sure you get all the liquid out or you can cook it down so that you have enough. With everything that you cook down you have to understand that there is a certain amount of water in everything especially frozen. Also it is very tedious to use fresh cherries as they have pits. So what your going to do is to depit all the cherries. That way you make sure that all the cherries are prepped. With the frozen you can cook it down as I said to make sure you have enough. It will get sweeter when it is cooked down. Also make sure not to over compensate for the sugar you think you may need.

So cherries are really good. I love the fact when the season starts I an get them and make everything and anything I want. If you think about it cherries are a convenient fruit to all you have to do is pop it in your mouth land spit out the seed. Just be careful you can insight a pit war if your not careful. I have done this many of times and its fun but painful. Although pit wars are fun they can be painful. Also the other thing I might say is to be careful when having a pit war. As cherry juice can stain if you dont get to it quick to clean. So you might want to use a old white tee-shirt as this can be fun to see how many times you have gotten hit or to keep score.

So this is a delicious desert as well as fun to make and again with all recipes. Get your kids involved it can be fun and you never know you may be raiding the next chef of the world. As always you can tweak this to your liking whether it be a different fruit choice or what have you. This can be as great as you choose it to be but have fun and hope you enjoy.
