That creamy chocolate slice

On my birthday there is nothing better than a slice of cake. It's like magic in your mouth. The creamy texture that coats all your taste buds, bringing complete joy and satisfaction. The texture is so smooth and sticky that it makes it hard to swallow. Who wants to swallow as it's just, that good.

How to make the most delicious chocolate cake. Well you have to start with soft and creamy butter for the frosting, of course. The frosting is the best part, so why not start there. First find all your ingredients that you will need. Wait just a second, I will give you the full details of this yummy mouth watering, slice of dreamy heaven.

Of course you like chocolate, Right? I know, I sure do. Nothing like that rich creamy chocolate, to satisfy your every need. Now how many of you like to bake? If you don't like to be in the kitchen, perhaps you need to find someone who does. Turn that oven on to 350 F. to get things heated up. Now look in the cupboards for a bowl and measuring spoons. Now check the cupboards and pantry for everything you will need. Measuring spoons are kind a handy, but some of us just like to take a chance. You will need some:

1 1/2C butter soft, 8oz cream cheese softened. 1 1/2 C cocoa powder, 1 tbs vanilla extract, pinch of salt, 1/4 C heavy cream, 3-4C of chocolate chips to cover your cake so it's not naked. Now remember we are doing the icing first, only because it's the best. Save the chocolate chips for last, they coat the outside of the cake. Don't snack on to many, as they need to be on the cake so it looks good. Cream all the ingredients together, just whip it up. Here is how you get started. Start with the butter, cream cheese then add the salt, mix the cocoa and powdered sugar together, they like it that way. Next add the powdered cocoa sugar, to the mixture, add the heavy cream so it stays soft. Now whip it up. I would probably use an electric mixer for that fluffy texture.

Ok lets get down to business. Who wants cake? That delicious cake, we do like our chocolate cake. Mix up 3C flour, 3C sugar,1 1/2 C cocoa powder, 1 tbs instant espresso powder, 1 tbs baking soda, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 4 L Eggs, 1 1/2 C plain Greek Yogurt, 2 C water, 1/2 C vegetable oil, 1 tbs vanilla extract. Whip it up until it's smooth textured. You will need 3 round baking pans, pour equal amounts in each. Place in oven middle rack. Bake until it springs back when you touch the middle. Now while you wait for the cake to bake, try not to eat all the icing sugar. You might want to hide it in the fridge until you need it. So when the cake is done. Thankfully you didn't burn it, no smoke detectors are activated. Or do you need to check the batteries. Let your cake cool off, you can't work with something smoking hot just saying. Now that they are a bit cooler, lets take them out of the pan, be careful not break them up. Be gentle they are fragile. Remember to add your icing to each cake layer. Once you are done wearing the icing and hopefully getting enough on the cake, we need to add the chocolate chips to the outside surface. Now this is going to be a task, not sure how it will work out, but I wish you luck.

I am so excited for you, you now can sit down and have a slice of Heaven, oops Death by Chocolate Cake.

Enjoy every bite

P.S Put some fruit on it, it's naked.
