Here are three different chicken recipes:

1. Lemon Garlic Roasted Chicken:

- 4 bone-in chicken breasts

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 lemons, juiced and zested

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 tablespoon dried thyme

- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, lemon juice and zest, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.

3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are coated evenly.

4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 can enchilada sauce

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
