How to make chocolate

Making chocolate from scratch is a multi-step process, but it can be a fun and rewarding experience. Here's a basic recipe for making your own chocolate:

Ingredients:

1 cup cocoa butter

1 cup cocoa powder

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions:

Melt the cocoa butter in a double boiler or in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water.
