Believe it or not, this curry is sure to create a good memory with its impressive taste in the back of your memory for the years to come. The spicy, juicy bite of the chicken and the crunchable bone of the chicken are always on the menu list of every Nepali home.

Below is the recipe

Ingredients

1. Vegetable oil (three dinner spoon)

2. Skinless chicken (500 GM)

3. Turmeric (tea spoon)

4. Meat masala (dinner spoon)

5. Chili powder (tea spoon)

6. Salt (as per your requirement)

7. Onion (one piece)

8. Ginger and ginger paste (as per your requirement)

9. Tomato

Step 1

Place a bowl with a long handle over the fire. Preheat it for some time. One minute will be enough. Pour the oil. After you preheat the oil, you have to put small pieces of onion. Using a spatula, you have to stir the pieces of onion and oil and cook them for some time until they become brown.

Step 2

Put the small pieces of meat that you have sliced according to your requirement in the bowl. Stir them well with a spatula. The raw pieces of meat that were soft become harder as you cook them for some time by closing the lid. Open the lid; you will see a small amount of water. This water has come out of the meat. Keep on stirring them for some time and close the lid.

Step 3

After some time, you should open the lid. The water has dried up. You will see the oil coming out of the meat. The oil is low in quantity, and you will see it sizzling around the pieces of meat that are red and brown in color. You will also see the brown pieces of onion, adhering to every piece of meat. At this time, the aroma of the meat looks delicious as if you had mixed the Meat masala.

Step 4

You should not add the chicken masala unless you see the sizzling oil. Then you can add salt, a paste of ginger and onion; tomato, and turmeric. Close the lid for some time. The pieces of tomato have been cooked properly, and you will know this by opening the lid. The tomato makes the meat more reddish or brownish. Then you can add chili powder. After that, you can add some water in order to make gravy. Stir it well with a spatula. Let the tomato cook once more properly. After five minutes, it's ready to be served in a bowl, and you can sprinkle coriander.
