Someone Say Vegan Smoothie Bowl Recipe?!

That's right! My homemade vegan smoothie bowl recipe, so buckle up for an incredible tasting, mouth watering dish. Today we are making a blueberry & Banana coconut bowl, refreshing packed full of protein and perfect for summer and getting them gains!

Ingredients 

  • 3 Frozen Banana's
  • 100g Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Scoop vanilla Protein
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 Pitted Dates
  • 100Ml Coconut Water
  • Shredded Coconut
  • Handful Of Spinach Or Kale
  • Pinch Of Turamic

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth, add more coconut water I needed.
  2. Top with your favourite topping including shredded coconut and nuts.

This is the perfect smoothie for those with a sweet tooth and those who are always busy, its quick easy and delicious and off course Helps you get that dream body! So at will you need...

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein (I Get Mine From The Protein Works)
  • 125ml Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Geek Yogurt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.

Low Carb Oatmeal Anyone ?

For me this is the perfect oatmeal, high in protein while staying low in carbs to build that lean muscle. Oats in general are incredibly good for you, high in fibre and are crucial for a healthy diet, as well as being dynamic and delicious.

So what will you need..

Ingredients

  • 40g Oats
  • 40g shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Full Fat Greek
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 40g Raspberries
  • Almond Milk

Instructions

  1. Place all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix up together.
  2. Add your almond milk until a smooth consistently
  3. Add your Raspberries, Greek, and Honey on top and enjoy

Simple, easy and incredibly delicious, what more could you want, super high in protein, a fantastic way to start your day.

My High Protein Pancakes

I cant stand these boring diets with rice and chicken four times day, if you enjoy that, that's great but I like to keep my diet interesting, no boring meals and tedious calorie counting, I've always said a diet is only gonna work and stay sustainable if you enjoy it and one of my favourite things is pancakes! So i give you high protein pancakes ..

Super high in protein made for those incredible gains and excellent as a post workout meal, so what will you need..

Ingredients

  • Low Fat Cream Cheese (i use Philadelphia)
  • Almond Flower 40g
  • Whole Wheat Flower 40g Or Oat Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg
  • 150 ml almond milk

Instructions

  1. Get a large mixing bowl and place all the ingredients in at once and mix until a smooth batter.
  2. heat up a frying pan and spray with your choice of oil, i like to use 1 Cal olive oil spray.
  3. pour the batter in to your desired size and fry either side.
  4. once they are cooked top with your favourite topping such as Greek yogurt, nuts, nut butter, honey, low sugar maple syrup.

Mix it up, change the topping, and enjoy these high protein pancakes

Hazel Nut Double Chocolate Smoothie

One of the biggest issues with diets today is not staying consistent one of the main causes of this is because you are not enjoying the food you are eating.

A huge mistake is people thinking you have to eat plain and boring to get results, don't get me wrong it works but will fail in the long run because its not sustainable, you can get incredible results and enjoy stunning foods or in this case Protein shakes...

One of my favourite post work out smoothies, is the almighty Hazel Nut DOUBLE chocolate Smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 30g Hazel Nuts
  • Chocolate Protein Powder 1 Scoop
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa
  • 90% Dark Chocolate Shaving's
  • 250ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Banana Frozen
  • 1 tbsp Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and bled until smooth consistency.
  2. Place dark chocolate shaving all on top.
