1. Grilled Chicken with Garlic and Lemon

In a bowl, add 1 medium chopped green capsicum, 1 medium chopped onion, crushed black pepper, salt, and 1 cup grated paneer, mix well and keep aside. Take three bread slices at a time. Apple butter on both sides of all slices. Apply green chutney on one side of the slice, place potato slices, and sprinkle chaat masala on top.

Place tomato slices and cucumber slices. Sprinkle chaat masala again, cover with another slice and apply green chutney on top. Spread the capsicum-cheese mixture evenly. Apply green chutney on the third slice and cover the sandwich.

Place the sandwich in the griller and grill till golden brown on both sides. Cut and serve with tomato ketchup.
