“Happiness Hormones” – The reasons why it is so hard to achieve happiness by utilizing them
Our body has glands that secrete hormones and neurotransmitters which provide us a sense of joy, peace, and tranquility for both body and mind. They are called “Happiness Hormones”. The 4 main "Happiness Hormones" are Dopamine, Oxytocin, Endorphins, and Serotonin. There is extensive and detailed scientific information about them, and about the conditions and sensations that cause our brain and body to secrete each one. Some drugs contain them or enhance their functions in our bodies. The question is why it is so difficult to achieve happiness by utilizing these hormones.

I am your sister
When you were a child, you had a pair of big shiny eyes, and from time to time, you discharged at your uncles and uncles to please many people. I still remember my uncle used to carry you on his shoulders, all the way to the kiosk and buy you all kinds of novelty snacks, and you were always so excited, with a wobbly step, carrying a transparent plastic bag, but the snacks were thrown all over the floor.

Why are allergies?
Eye allergies are a common problem. Many people are affected by this problem and often. This problem is more common on hot weather days, late spring and autumn. It is not very serious but it is very painful and annoying. If there is an allergy in the eyes, the eyes become itchy, red, and irritated. Many have tears in their eyes. There may be symptoms like coughing, sneezing, a runny nose, etc.
