Sometimes, Facebook Hurts... Kinda. Top Story - August 2019.
According to the every-now-and-then reminder notice from Facebook (also known as Memories), it's been six years since I took Alex to a celebratory lunch after we attended his graduation ceremony for promoting from Tevis Junior High School to Stockdale High School. I was so proud of him, and it was some rare quality time he and I would share that became less and less common as he got older, and I moved farther away.

Purgatory
I've never been the sharing type. Not openly to people anyway, not unless they blatantly ask. It's not my style to be so bold. (See previous post on bottling up emotions :'D ) I like to write. Put pen to paper and get my thoughts out on the table for me to finally make sense of. In the absence of real privacy, I like to tap away at my laptop's keys and vent. I can save and change things then, and come back to them when I can think of a way to say what I mean. I don't like to delete and rewrite stuff I've already saved though, then I feel like I'm betraying the feelings I had in those moments. They were raw and real, and needed saying.

How Would You Choose the Best Family Lawyers?
It is very unfortunate if you are facing some legal troubles in your family, but to solve such legal issues, you need to hire a professional family lawyer. There are lots of lawyers and legal advisors available, and you cannot find the best one among them without proper guidance and knowledge. Family lawyers are specialized lawyers who mainly deal with the family law, and they can appear in the family court for a hearing or further legal proceedings on your behalf. Apart from that, they can also work on your property agreement and help you to purchase, sell, or transfer your property in a legal way. They are specialized in adoption, dispute resolutions, paternity or child custody, and emancipation. People have a misconception that these lawyers only deal with active divorce cases. But in reality, they can deal with various legal cases related to your family and personal needs.

How to Prepare Children for Life
There are three types of people in this world: those who fear to fall the most, those who fear to hit the ground the most, and those who fear never being able to get back up again, the most. According to neuroscience, the brain has the ability to modify its connections, and change throughout human life, which is called Neuroplasticity. It is believed that older people have less of the brain plasticity that is required to learn new things than younger people. However, a strong brain does not equal a strong mind, and a strong mind is what's necessary for a child in this day and age. That being said, the children today can learn to become more and more resilient, and prepared for life and its tragedies depending upon what influences them the most, the support they both give and receive, and their willingness to overcome.
