How It All Began

I met my stunning wife Allison around 30 years ago back in college. I still remember the first day we met because it felt straight out of a movie. We were both walking to our classes and bumped into each other. Looking up at her she was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen so I picked up her books, smiling as I handed them too her. Every day for the next month we would walk by each other at the same time, same place until I finally asked her on a date. When looking back on those college years I smile thinking about all the late nights we would spend just talking without a care for the rest of the world. Eventually she became my girlfriend and after 5 years of being deeply in love I asked her to marry me and she said yes.

How The Relationship Got Bad

Fast forward about 20 years and my wife and I now had 2 children. It seemed to all be going great, both our children were getting good grades in school, we were keeping food on the table both working hard, and our love still felt very strong. But then as the days went on, we both were just too tired to do anything fun with each other and it felt like the love was just starting to fade because we did not have the time to keep the spark lit. I did not think much of this though and was more focused on making sure my kids were happy and keeping food on the table. That was until I looked at her one day and smiled, thinking of all the great things we have accomplished together. Usually she smiles back and I imagine she is thinking the same thing as me. But that day she just looked away. She started to look away more and more and whenever I would try and talk to her about it, it would lead to a fight. This kept happening and I started to feel more sad about the whole situation. I couldn’t imagine losing everything we had build up together. We have a family of four, a house, a community, and best of all we had built up our relationship. Not being with the person anymore that I shared hundreds of unforgettable memories with just seemed like a nightmare. I knew us splitting up would be so so so hard on the children and I knew that they did not deserve that. I couldn’t even imagine looking for someone new, especially with my age. I knew I needed to save my relationship, whatever it took because our marriage is worth more than anything in the entire world to me, besides my children. So I started to look online to find ways to save a relationship.

How I Saved The Marriage

I found a video on mendthemarriage.com that told me how to save my marriage. I was honestly a little skeptical at first because I thought that the ways I was trying to save my marriage were the best, but clearly those were not working so I tried the tips from the video. I started to see some immediate improvement in my relationship. Allison was giving me more time and willing to talk more about the problems she had. I decided to buy the e-book on the website after this and that was a game changer. I honestly do not think Allison and I have ever been happier. The e-book helped me look at the relationship in a new way that I had never seen it before. My family was being built back together and I even noticed my kids becoming happier. You see now that my wife and I were not fighting, my kids started to shine more and feel safer in the home. I can not express my joy for finding that video and buying that e-book because it saved my life. If your marriage or relationship is struggling or need help I really recommend this free video. Hope my story helped inspire some people to fight for the love of their life because it always is worth fighting for love.
