A Second chance

John sat in his car, staring out the window, watching the raindrops race down the glass. He took a deep breath, closed his eyes, inhaled and exhaled. He knew what he had to do. It was time to start over, to take a second chance at life.

John had made some mistakes in the past, mistakes that had cost him dearly. He had lost his job, his friends, and his wife. He had hit rock bottom, and he didn't know how to pick himself up. He was addicted to drunk, feeling alone in the dark room with his favorite music playlists, later the playlists had been becoming creating frustrations.

But then, one day, he had an epiphany. He realized that he was the only one who could change his life. He had to take responsibility for his actions and make things right. He decided to move to a new city, where nobody knew him, and start fresh.

John found a new job, a small apartment, and started making new friends. He joined a support group and started working on himself. He went to therapy and learned how to deal with his past and his emotions. Slowly but surely, John started to rebuild his life. He started to feel hopeful again, and he started to believe in himself.

But the past mistake hasn't stopped to follow him. he was reminded of his wife, friends and family. he started watching the real time updates of his friends and his wife with the new account on social media, he realized they were missing him badly. Now he had to change the entire things he had done in the past. Later he knows that his wife had suffered from heart disease, she found the alternate heart to transplant but she didn't get the blood transplant to start the surgery because of her rare blood group. John had the same, but he was hesitating to go there and make the things happen.

One of his friends called him to turn back to the city and solve the things, now everything can changeover to normal by apologize to her, but john wasn't sure that she has accept it or not. but the condition is not smooth, he told his friend that i will come there and help for her, but make sure that she shouldn't know that it was made by me. his friend accepts the condition to make the situation clear. after the operation was successful. she asked his friend who was helped her to came over this situation. his friend refused to say because of the promise he made to his friend.

She was curious to know who made this happen, she went to the blood station and started watching the donor list of her blood group at the date of her surgery and notice her husband's name in the registry. now she wanted to see him, she called her husband, but he wasn't picking it, she went to the address in the registry, but she found no one was there. she called his friend and said i want him back please pass the information to my husband. his friend called him and explained the situation, and he wanted to get back the things normal, he was waiting Infront of her home.

As John sat in his car, looking out at the rain, he realized that he was ready for a new beginning. He was ready to put his past behind him and embrace the future. He took one last deep breath, opened the car door, and stepped out into the rain, ready to start his new life.
