We Are Made Of Water!!

Water causes hydration by being absorbed into the body and replenishing the lost fluids. When you drink water, it enters your mouth and travels down the esophagus into the stomach. From there, it is absorbed into the bloodstream through the walls of the stomach and small intestine.

Once in the bloodstream, water is transported to various organs and tissues throughout the body. It reaches the cells and helps maintain their proper functioning. Water is also involved in many physiological processes, such as regulating body temperature, lubricating joints, and aiding in digestion and nutrient absorption.

One of the key mechanisms through which water causes hydration is by balancing the body's fluid levels. When you sweat, urinate, or even breathe, you lose water from your body. This loss of fluids can lead to dehydration if not replenished. By drinking water, you replace the lost fluids, helping to maintain the body's fluid balance and preventing dehydration.
