Forrest Gump
Forrest Gump: the movie begins with a falling feather and ends with a rising feather. The simple beginning is also the simple end, and it is this simple interpretation of forrest gump's life fate: although forrest gump is a mentally handicapped person, but his life is really wonderful, very fulfilling. When he was a child, he went to school with the help of his mother, and then he met his good friend and his lover Jenny. Forrest gump entered the olive team with amazing speed and was admitted to college. After getting his degree, he went to the Vietnam war and met his best friend, babu. In a war, he had escaped from the danger zone of war to save babu, he saved many comrades and lieutenant Dan. Later it became a diplomatic ambassador for ping-pong. To realize Babel's dream, he was captain of the shrimp ship; He ran for three years for Jenny. And lieutenant Dan who lost his legs also regained confidence in life because of forrest gump. We can learn a lot from forrest gump. Although he is mentally disabled, he has many qualities that normal people do not have. Forrest gump is a dutiful son who will remember what his mother taught him. He always quotes his mother when he is waiting for the car to chat with others. For example, when he first started talking to someone, he said, "life was like a box of chocolate, you never know what you’re going." Forrest gump's persistence and specificity in love makes people admire. As a child, gagan was very close to Jenny. When she grew up, Jenny left his life again and again. When he saw that someone was disrespectful and bad to Jenny, he rushed over and hit the people; When Jenny asked him to find her, he did not hesitate to rush over; When Jenny died, he wept at the tomb and said, "if there is anything you need, I will not be far away." It can be seen that he has an affectionate specificity. Forrest gump keeps his promise and never breaks his word. He promised to go to shrimp with babu after he retired and be babu's first mate. When he retired, he should have lived a happy and safe life with his mother at home, but he chose to fulfill his promise, even though babu was dead. In the process of fishing for shrimp as captain, although he only caught a few shrimp at first, he did not give up, and he succeeded in the end. Forrest gump is not willing to return, selfless. When Jenny didn't go to class, he ran to Jenny immediately. As Jenny; When he left him, he often wrote to her; When babu did not escape in the war, he went desperate to save him. All he did was not in return, he just treated his friends with the most sincere attitude! Forrest gump was a generous man who became the captain of the shrimp boat and made a lot of money, and he gave babu's wife a share, so babu's family lived a rich life. In fact, we can also see many advantages of human nature from forrest gump, when we carefully taste this film, we will really learn a lot of truth about people...Maybe we smart people have so many goals in our heads that we forget to pursue them.

Signs of False Intelligence
We often come across people who have an air of being omniscient. They seem to understand everything and sense they know everything. To an outsider they seem very intelligent. However if one gets into a conversation with them, it turns out to be false. They are the ones to try to dazzle people with big words and over the top ideas. They also try to exaggerate their superior intelligence. These people are otherwise known as pseudointellectuals. Now there is a difference between people who are pedantic in nature due to a pathological issue such as PTSD or Schizophrenia. Often it is the case they use the false knowledge for personal gain and even for manipulation.

Mary Poppins & the 1960’s, Boiled Cabbage & Odoratus
Two sessions, High School and Middle School… When we try to control creativity, there is a sad truth to realize— it never works. I am constantly reminding myself of this vital lesson with my students when I want to ‘steer’ the session. In the last two weeks of this school year, by letting go, I had two amazing and spontaneous discussions in my sessions with a sophomore and seventh grader…

Women
When seen as an object, females are not given large roles. Although in modern times equal rights between genders has been making progress, and women's roles in literature and mass media are changing, it’s hard to ignore that the classics people learn from still hold blatantly sexist themes and messages. Women played a role in pre-classical, classical, medieval, and renaissance literature. The roles women played though, were oftentimes unflattering, objectifying, and demeaning. Oftentimes they were made out to be the cause of pain and suffering, or were considered prizes to be won, earned, and kept. Although women were seen in higher regard come the medieval and renaissance eras, they were still objectified and used to further the plot for their male counterpart rather than playing an actual role in the story.
