The law of pain

Everyone has a broken heart, but not everyone has examined the process of pain. What I need to record now is to review the experience of pain and summarize some of its commonalities from birth to death as much as possible.

At the beginning

What's the pain? how did it get into our heads?

We live in an age of civilization. Freud believes that civilization is to limit some desires and give up some pleasures, so our society is a moral society. First of all, morality does not represent nobility, but the rules that people consciously abide by in order to survive together.

These norms are created, and when someone exceeds the moral tolerance in the minds of the public, it creates pain, either by others hurting themselves, or by hurting others, or by hurting themselves.

Although moral tolerance can vary, although individuals can have higher moral tolerance, and although some things that violate morality may not violate the law, pain occurs when we violate the morality of a person or group of people.

To put it more bluntly, pain is created when we steal what someone else belongs to or break an agreement. For example, taking credit from others, betraying a relationship or marriage, failing to make up for the psychological gap, and not abiding by the prior agreement of the partners.

Pain is the constant obsession with loss or injustice. It can refer to specific items and money, such as unfilial descendants who always worry that their parents give them too little property, or abstract things, such as the destruction of a happy and peaceful life, such as people's moral vision.

Pain sensation

The pain of the heart can dampen people's enthusiasm, reduce the sense of humor of words, reduce the desire to socialize; if there is a sense of shame, people will also be like an offended hedgehog, huddled together, do not want to see anyone, especially those who are concerned.

In spite of this, not everyone is suffering from the same pain. Some people are in agony, some people don't care, and some people even take pleasure from suffering. Under the same heaven and earth, it is a completely different state of mind.

Everyone has different moral tolerance and different understanding of the same thing. The great thing about King Wen of Zhou and Confucius is that they teach people to understand what is humiliating. When do not understand, do not recognize a thing, people will not pay too much emotion for whether it is good or bad. This does not mean that all the customs and ideas that people are used to are correct. Therefore, personal consciousness and mental situation determine the degree of injury.

Release and hatred

When the pain swings in the heart, the mood swings it causes will gradually weaken and disappear like water waves over time. At the same time, both the bearers of pain and acquaintances who have the opportunity to give moral condemnation have gradually got rid of the tense atmosphere.

Like common amnesia, people's sense of humor, enthusiasm, and social desire have been improved, or reconciled. God has given us a gift to forget. We can remember one thing for a long time, but the emotion it brings when it happens will change from thick to weak.

However, the saddest thing about people is that it is difficult to forget hatred. We can let go of our original emotions, but it is hard to forget the "mastermind" who caused our own harm in the past. For example, I can personally reflect and criticize my actions, but sometimes I can't forget hatred. A lot of people's hatred is to be brought to the grave.

I not only feel sorry for this, but also have some understanding. Some emotions can not be controlled entirely by subjective will. People's thoughts can transcend emotions, but emotions are difficult to follow. In addition, group-to-group hatred appears to be more lasting than personal hatred.

Transcendent

Pain is fleeting, but hatred is hard to go away. No matter which one, people can get some spiritual detachment when they experience it. To achieve such a situation, we can not do without a lasting pursuit of knowledge, we should understand morality, evil, pain, and naturally transcend over time.
