Power, knowledge and people

Everyone is so obsessed with power that he cannot extricate himself. Whether they are those who live high in the temple, those who live in seclusion in the wilderness, or the peddlers in the bazaar, everyone loves power equally.

Prehistoric Savage Paradise

Everyone wants control, and we want to be able to control our lives, control a thing, control a group of people, control a discipline, and even control the heart and the future, and thus get applause, flowers, honor and satisfaction.

Everyone is crazy about it, but it is extremely scarce, and everyone is happy to pursue it, because we all want to prove our worth, that is, to prove our existence. It's like standing on a high ground and shouting, so that everyone can see themselves in this short time and space.

The pursuit of power is not shameful, ambition is not a bad thing, and it is not too much to be passionately in love with money. On the contrary, it seems depraved to be indifferent to power and have no ambition. However, some people use it improperly, and their power is full of pain.

People always associate power with officials, thinking that only officials can control power. This is indeed a convenient way, but it is only the simplest and most superficial form of power.

When I have no one, I have the power. Delicious cooks, rich people, knowledgeable scholars and virtuous monks all have power. If someone wants to enjoy the power of these people, they have to replace it with something else, and of course they can give it to others for free. In short, they have more choices than those who have nothing, which should be freedom.

Good food can control a person.

Anything unique can release power.

Some people may argue: I can achieve no desire, do not care about delicacy, money, knowledge, I can eat cold bread and drink cold water, I can control colorful appetite, so the power of others can not control my life.

It is also true to say that, like cynics, they can live the most plain or even miserable life without being tempted. They can not be influenced by others, they can escape from the world, and they can exchange the lowest standard of living for personal freedom. However, as non-desires, they still have desires, that is, they expect their doctrines and deeds to control the hearts of future generations, so they are willing to reduce physical enjoyment in exchange for eternal fame.

The intellectual's desire for power is not weaker than that of officials. Human nature is similar, everyone is eager to use power to change their own smallness and obscurity. Therefore, we can understand that philosophers and thinkers are seemingly kind, but they are all careerists.

Philosophers who have not been famous for a long time will also complain that time is not waiting for us. They are also like mortals, except that mortals cannot see that their words are mixed with contraband goods. When analyzing justice, they will attack the world as pedantic by the way and raise their worth. In fact, their subtext is that the incompetent and incompetent mediocrity unexpectedly occupies the throne of scholars and knowledge, which is obviously only owned by people of this kind of wisdom.

Grab the heart and power in the study

Some of them hide in their study and give up their worldly abilities such as social training, just like castrating themselves, and devote all their energy to the "patchwork" of theory. They hope that their theories and writings can include all things in the universe and all kinds of society, and that their thoughts can be applauded by their contemporaries or rule by future generations.

Our curiosity, our ambition for knowledge, is actually a delicate expression of the desire for power. We want to know everything, to know everything, to control everything. "knowledge is power." What we want to control is not only ourselves, but everything.

Power under political control, by contrast, is nothing more than a redistribution of knowledge systems and reserves, because knowledge creates everything: institutions, skills, psychology, shackles, clothing, manners, consciousness. Who dares to say that the ambition of intellectuals is less than that of emperors? even the ideas of emperors are shaped by thinkers. Aren't teachers and plain kings the supreme king of emperors?

Knowledge is a more terrible force beyond human beings, and its control over human beings is getting stronger and wider.

This is not only our history, but also the nature of being human. We are born with the desire for power. Whether it is dressed in lovely children's clothes or dressed as dark and cold, it is still itself. while fulfilling itself, it is also trying to control everything, including the world and people.
