The Mario Movie left me in tears
Mario and Luigi will always be my favorites.
The Mario movie is a family-friendly film that is so nostalgic it left me in tears. Hearing the sounds from the 1990s video games brought back memories of watching my children play. Listening to Bonnie Tyler's I Need A Hero returned me to 1986 when life was not so chaotic.

I watched Spiderman Across the Spider-Verse on Netflix and realized Ive been out of touch. Peter Parker is dead and the new Spiderman is Miles Morales a biracial teen of African American and Latino heritage. Spiderwoman/Jessica Drew is Black. The changes reflect modern day society and were Stan Lee approved.
