Vampire Diaries - The First Book I Just Couldn't Do...
How the series, Vampire Diaries became a show, I'll never understand; I couldn't bother to finish the first book - I didn't even care to! Truly, a waste of a reader's time!

The Giving Tree
The Giving Tree is all we need. It will make you laugh and cry. It will make your heart bleed. Published in 1964. Forever a work we will adore. Not many words. Not many needed. When we learned to care for a tree. We learned more than we ever needed.

~Fahrenheit 451!~ Telling the Truth!
~Fahrenheit 451!~ Young Ray uses machine imagery to construct the setting & environment of the book, making it masculine in form and attraction. There is no thought of invitation to Women as readers in his world! Ironically, this only leaves me with the recommendation to stick to his TV Show!

WandaVision
A Marvel Cinematic Universe show that was hugely popular and fun to watch, WandaVision presented a clever take on loss, grief, and the psychopathology of superhumans. However, the twist felt unearned, a "switcheroo" instead of a satisfying reveal, and Legion handled the same topics earlier and better, without any fanfare.

The swift resolution of long-standing conflicts overshadowed the series' rich storytelling, leaving viewers wanting more coherence and depth in the concluding episodes.

Game of Thrones Final Season a Game of Throes. Top Story - August 2023.
For seven seasons, nine families fought for dominion over the fictional Westeros in Game of Thrones. Some fought with magnificent purpose, others with unfathomable malice. In the series' eighth and final season, without consulting the master creator George R.R. Martin, malicious screenwriter's metamorphic bromides made it a Game of Throes.

A Man Called Ove. Runner-Up in Critique Challenge.
Old man. Grump. Bloody youngens these days. Society is doomed. This bloody cat again. Why can’t everyone just leave me alone? Can I just die in peace already? This food is pretty good. Cat’s alright too, I guess. Suppose I have to save the neighbourhood myself. Life ain’t so bad.
