The Crimeleon That Will Never Be
I Had An Idea, But Someone Else Had It First

Introduction
Yesterday I had what I thought was a great idea for a story. It wasn't.
The music is "Karma Chameleon" by Culture Club.
Why My Idea Could Not Work
I got the idea for the word "Crimeleon" because of a cat that could hide in plain sight and then steal treats and things, and I thought what if you had a master criminal who could completely change their looks and methods, like a criminal chameleon, hence the idea for the name.
Whenever I get ideas I always search the internet to see if they already exist, because I always scared of people accusing me of plagiarism. I found this from over ten years ago, long before my first words on Vocal about an episode in the series NCIS:Los Angeles. NCIS stands for Naval Criminal Investigative Service, which I never knew.
So that blew my idea out of the water. My idea is a lot different than the NCISLA episode but if I am going to use it I will have to rethink how I am going to represent it.
This is just another example of how I work on things and try and make sure they are orgiginal and different. I do latch on to ideas and incorporate them into my work and am often influenced by other wrters, but I like to believe that the work is really me.
Conclusion
Thank you so much for reading my work and therefore supporting me, I really appreciate it.
