My Preference Is Fun And Happiness. Top Story - September 2023.
Introduction It does amaze me that in almost every area of social contact, the stuff that gets traction is stuff that complains, whines, hates and causes controversy. Often rules smashers are eulogised while those that spread fun and real good news are ignored.

The idea of “AI liberating humanity” is such a seductive illusion! > 4th Part
Oh, wow. The first one. I don’t like to argue, but when I show Google Lens the plants on my terrace, it almost always shows me a different name for the same plant! If you know what I mean… I can never completely trust it. Second, I don’t understand how AI can analyse soil. I don’t have a lab, so how does it do it?

The idea of “AI liberating humanity” is such a seductive illusion
The wealthy already own corporations, but AI‑run corporations change the scale of that ownership entirely. A rich person today can only run a company through human labour, human managers, human limitations. A rich person tomorrow can run ten, a hundred, a thousand companies through autonomous systems that never sleep, never strike, never demand rights, and never slow down. That means the wealthy don’t just stay wealthy — they compound their power at a rate ordinary people cannot possibly match. The poor remain human, with human limits. The rich acquire non‑human extensions of themselves that operate with superhuman efficiency. That is not just inequality; it is asymmetry.

Dear Love
Dear Love, I have a confession to make. I can't help but watch you each and every time I see you. You are such a beautiful man. I love to hear the sound of your voice. I love the look in your eyes. I love the smell of your skin. I love the way you dress in all black. I fantasize about you all day long. I'm growing obsessed with you. I need you to be near me and with me.

Quiet Numbers. Top Story - June 2026. Content Warning.
The radio clicks from nineteen to twenty. I exhale like I’ve been holding my breath underwater, though I hadn’t noticed going under. The song sounds the same. The room looks the same. Nothing in the universe acknowledges the correction, but my chest loosens anyway.

I like and apreciate you are not arguing that AGI exists because of a technical benchmark. You’re arguing that the pattern of human behavior is repeating: secrecy , acceleration , concentration of power , lack of accountability , systems growing beyond human oversight
