Who Will Find Them
You would think that after such an eventful day , Jake would have slept straight through the night, but that wasn’t the case. Beth’s tear-streaked face and pleading eyes kept intruding on his rest. How could anyone be so cruel to a child and cause them that much pain? It was the question he kept replaying over and over in his mind. Jake knew it made no sense, but he felt responsible for this young girl whom he had only met briefly. She wasn’t his sister, or even some long-lost cousin, but the hug she had given him just before they parted formed a lasting bond in his heart.

Who Will Find Them?
A cell phone rang at 2:45 p.m. The caller was beyond irate and demanded his money back. He had been eagerly awaiting a delivery that had never arrived. If he weren’t fully reimbursed the original fee plus an additional inconvenience fee of 20%, bodies would fall. Abaddon Chapter 1
Abaddon, known as the great prince of the bottomless pit, was the demon of pure destruction. He had a large army that had the appearance of locusts that would torment human souls that were thrown into hell. His throne was seated at the gateway to hell, and he made sure no one left after they came in. His wife, or consort, was Lilith and they had many children. Lilith was Adam's first wife before she became Abaddon's wife, or consort. They were very much in love and their relationship resulted in large demonic lineage. Their children were Asmodeous, Verrine, Amdecious, Beliel, Baal, Belphegore, and many others. They ruled the earth and hell as prince and princess of darkness, which means death and destruction. Death was the destruction of life.

Fifty Years for Fifty Cents
I have a bad habit of bringing forgotten things home. It started years ago with an old church pew someone had abandoned beside a county road. Then came a quilt stitched from faded feed sacks, a cracked blue Mason jar rescued from a smokehouse that was about to be torn down, and enough family photographs of complete strangers to fill three albums in my spare bedroom. My friends always teased me that one day I was going to end up on one of those hoarding television shows, but I never saw those things as junk. Every one of them had belonged to somebody. They had been held, loved, repaired, packed away, and eventually forgotten. Somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn't collecting antiques at all. I was collecting pieces of people's lives.

Walking away from the door I had to lean against the wall. My body felt worn out. Guess the adrenaline is finally subsiding I thought. Thankful that no one is around to see me look weak I took a few deep breathes. Centering myself Nightmare told me softly You're not a monster.
