Notes for The Strawberry Chapter 32/journal/essays
Notes for The Strawberry Chapter 32/journal/essay Katherine Aguilar The Strawberry has been opening up a whole new side of me. As I write, my words become freer and, at times, do not feel like my own, which is touching my very heart. I was up early this past morning writing and writing. Until I poured everything out, it was as if the moment is capture on the keyboard and written in my heart. For it never to be removed, it is written on my heart. It is comforting and touching. I am humbled.

The Strawberry Chapter 29
The Strawberry Chapter 29 by Katherine Aguilar This chapter goes over the progression from throwing seeds everywhere to now, seeing if I allowed that seed to grow in me, or realizing which seed did absolutely no good, to where I held on to it like it was precious, as if it were a trinket. Now going through my trinket box and seeing and reflecting, and separating the bad from the good.

The Strawberry Chapter 27
The Strawberry Chapter 27 Trinkets Conversation By Katherine Aguilar This chapter, Strawberry, is me emptying some of my trinket box so it can be filled with new items. One of the new items I have added. To live. It seems pretty simple. Yes, to live to be a part of the life we were given. Not to just get up and go to work and start it all over again. We all get into that every day routine. For different reasons, we get caught up in the same thing every day.

The Strawberry Chapter 26
The Strawberry Chapter 26 Continuation Trinkets By Katherine Aguilar This Chapter of the Strawberry picks up where I left off in the last chapter, so it will continue to flow in that direction. My brain seems to be freeing itself of emotions I haven't said or expressed in years. It is very freeing. Now that I have picked up the pace in writing. Even now that I have picked up the pace, it is also not fast enough. That I should be pouring out pages like water. That my brain should be at high speed, making split-second decisions, only to get them wrong again. I will write. Let the writing be my voice, let a stranger hear me. If it is one reader, at least one person will hear me—one of the many reasons to write.

The Strawberry Chapter 23
The Strawberry Chapter 23 Trinkets By Katherine Aguilar This Chapter of the Strawberry goes over how precious life is, and how often we undervalue it, always putting off something for tomorrow when that tomorrow may never come. If only then can you look down at yourself to see and tell your body, “I wish I had taken advantage of the life I was given more than just to let it pass me by, only to see it disappear as you float away. For now, you will only be a memory, and as time goes by, your memory will fade among the friends you have met in your life, however few or many. This book is me sharing my memories with people, out to strangers who read this book, capturing memories of my past and present with others I have never met, to let in a way live on in others when my existence is long past and I am a faded memory. With the trinkets I share with others. So, as with the trinkets in the trinket box, it can be built upon and shared in your trinket box, for you to add to and share with others.
